Fuji problem 1 solved: Exposure goes darker when record button pushed
Fuji problem 2 solved: Exposure Ring does nothing in full manual
These 2 Fuji issues can drive someone crazy, but I figured out how to fix them. It takes time to learn the settings, Fuji cameras are not as intuitive as Sony or Panasonic, but it is possible to master them after a while. Here are two issues I figured out with the XM5. The first one is when pushing record in fully manual movie mode, the exposure changes for some reason, like the screen goes darker (and the actual recorded exposure). The second issue is when turning aperture F-stop ring on a lens, nothing changes, even in full manual mode. There are several settings that need to be changed in the menu.
