Postal employees and customer are unaware of the Photographs for News Purposes
Rules and Regulations. Poster 7 is non existent. Postal employees won't identify,
or say who the Post Master is, and refuse to name the Branch Manager.

Federal Guidelines require Poster 7 to be displayed. 39 CFR 232.1. the rules and
regulations governing conduct on postal service property, along with three other
mandatory displayed posters, 158, 296, and 313.

Customer Karen alerts people that I'm recording, and stalks me in the parking lot as I walk around the building. She parks and records me as I finish up.
