Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head.

The Code of Federal Regulations provides federal "policy concerning photographs for news, advertising or commercial purposes." It states that persons entering in or on Federal property may take photographs of building entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums for news purposes.
First Amendment U.S. Constitution
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

State v. Hanapole 255 S.C. 258 (1970)178 S.E.2d 247
South Carolina trespass statute applies only to private property and has
no application to public property absent a crime.
