This police department has no lobby and is not open to the public.
No Trespassing and Permit Parking Only signs are posted.
Security officer approaches asking if she can help me, but would not identify.
Police officer exits the back of the building and comes over at my request to the sidewalk to answer questions. Columbia Richland Fire Department respond with lights and sirens to a call a few blocks away.
