The officer confirms the driver was not spoken to regarding public order offences as swearing out the window did not constitute this.
Which contradicts officers at Wanneroo station who gave me a warning (in an attempt to intimidate me into not reporting again) for public order offences because I swore when I was startled by the vehicle in this instance; youtu.be/WKP2kRutbKQ
The first pass wasn't that bad, & I wouldn't have reported it.
I just don't understand why you would pass within the same lane, on a 2 lane road & nothing stopping you changing lanes.
But then the driver held up another driver just so he could abuse me.
The second pass was closer & I gave the police measurements to demonstrate it could not have been legal.
None of the reasons for not issuing an infringement are listed as exemptions under Reg 124A.
