Citing reg 125 courtesy when overtaking.I couldn't have been further left unless I was in the left turning lane.They claim both reg 124A passing distance law & Reg 125 courtesy when overtaking are applicable.But given that WA systemically refuse to enforce passing distance laws, the rider will always be held accountable by WA police for the drivers actions.

When I asked what it would take for him to do anything; "for you to ride further left".There is no basis in law for riding in the gutter.I submitted a complaint about the officer applying their own personal bias over actual law.My complaint was ignored (this is not unusual). Until I escalated it to the police minister.The driver was then spoken to as a result.
