This is just a quick assessment and repair to get this VCR to play.

Description originally said 1983, but I noticed afterwards this was made in early 1984. Also I mentioned it was made by Panasonic, but it was actually part of the first series of RCA VCRs made by Hitachi. Both had the "swing-out" circuit board on the bottom.
