Sylvania VC-2225SL01 manufactured in April, 1983. It's a re-branded Panasonic PV-1220 that was sold under other brands as well (Magnavox, Quasar).

This specfic VCR was bought new by my parents in 1983. It needs cleaning and new idler tires/belts.
