Description: Very pretty pre-war motorcycle. Single cylinder, four-stroke, OHV engine. Designed by Val Page for BSA, this was the top of line Q8 model Empire Star with 500cc. It was only produced until 1939 when the BSA factory switched over to making munitions for WWII. This particular motorcycle had not run in more than 20 years, and she rides beautifully.

This is video of a beautifully restored BMW R60 with a Steib sidecar. Steib made a few different model sidecars from the LS 200 for smaller motorcycles up to the TR 500, which is the most robust model. Classic-Motorcycles mounted the sidecar.
