This Ala Verde has an air cooled OHV horizontal single cylinder engine with circa 21 HP. It has a 5-speed gearbox and shifts on the right. This beautiful bike was built in Varese after the former aircraft company (Aeronautica Macchi) received a cash infusion from Harley Davidson. The bike was shown at the Quail Motorcycle Gathering in 2016. Great Italian style. "Ala Verde" means "on wings of green". It has a top speed of about 80 mph. It's a solid little racer.
