To make Steven Crane's Jet Pilot cocktail:

½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
½ oz cinnamon-infused sugar syrup
½ oz falernum
1 oz dark Jamaican rum
¾ oz gold Puerto Rican rum
¾ oz 151-proof Demerara rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
6 drops Pernod

Mix on high for about 6 seconds. Pour into a double-olde fashioned glass.
