A quick presentation of my Sur Ron mods for winter.
Added equipment:
- 72V40Ah20s10p battery with 400A BMS and 4 gauge
- Motor stator and rotor coated for waterproofing and 4 gauge upgrade
- ASI BAC8000 controller with my own deep tuning
- High Tech Cycle Analyst Display with 300A shunt
- Dataogger with 10Hz GPS for performance recording and maping
- Track&Go kit with 219 chain and dual mount front ski upgrade
- 48watt LED
- 26W blue LED stripes for awsome ground effect
- Custom rollerski with quick release for crossing paved roads
- Custom cargo rack "à la" Timbersled style
- Fast Ace 9.5" rear shock
- 2.5" high handlebar( from Zero FX part)
- DIY 2500Wh Range booster made with my custom 48V 50Ah (13s20p) battery with JBD BMS and 1800W DC-Dc 48 to 84V boost converter with current and voltage regulation

Performances:
Peak at 85km/h on the 48T
Can wheelie easy!
Acceleration is phenomenal !
Average consumption: 130 Wh per km at 32km/h average( at the right spot of 94% efficiency of the motor at 4000rpm
Peak consumption in very deep snow: peak at 900Wh per km but average at 180Wh/km
Peak battery amp: 240A ( battery has ultra low Internal resistance of 28 miliohm DC)
Peak phase amp 550A
