In 18 Wheels of Steel PttM, there is a hidden road that is not marked on the map that you can use to cross into the United States from Mexico (or from the United States to Mexico) without ever going through a border checkpoint. Even worse, the cops don't care if you use it, and you won't get busted for delivering cargo without going through a checkpoint, or by going through a checkpoint after already sneaking in/out of the country! Likely an oversight by developers, but it's still interesting nonetheless!
I should clarify that 18 WoS PttM is NOT a 1:1 scale replica of the US/Mexico/Canada and that this is NOT a real route you can take. Do not try this in real life, especially in a big truck!
