This was my first take on the "Unsatisfying Effect" home in House Flipper. I took this house, and turned it into a dream home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living room, family room, laundry room, kitchen, separate dining room, and home office!
I custom designed this house specifically for the Jonson Family, but the Smoth Family ended up outbidding them, and I could not get them to win the house. :( If anyone knows what I did wrong, can you please post a comment showing what I did wrong? Thank you.
