Cardiac injuries can be difficult to explain - especially when making the case that delayed treatment of a man’s bacteria infection led to emergency open-heart surgery and permanent cardiac damage.
Attorney Ben Gideon, ESQ., needed to explain to a jury why his client deserved full compensation for his injuries by showing how they could have been avoided had it not been for medical negligence. He tasked our forensic team with building an animation series to demonstrate how the strep infection entered the patient’s blood stream, and spread to his heart - during the eight-month period he was being denied treatment.
We delivered the three animations below, which helped the jury understand why they should award his client a $1.78M verdict.
