In my childhood and teenage years, my body was always quite capable. I played football excessively and took a lot of pride in my performance. However, since I started my first business in 2013, I have definitely been sitting too much and moving too little. I sense that transforming my body into the powerhouse it can be will be an essential building block on my journey to becoming the custodian I’m called to be. Realizing our full physical potential gifts us with the energy and confidence necessary to serve the emergence of a more beautiful world in a big way.
This has been clear to me for a long time. Then, a couple of days ago, I came across a quote by Brian Chesky (CEO & Co-Founder of Airbnb): “If you can change your body, you can change your life.”
Boom. Here it is—my full commitment to transforming the vehicle in which I’m traversing this incarnation into the most energetic, thriving, and beautiful version possible. All in. Let’s go!
