For some time, I haven't been in contact with the medical establishment. Recently, however, my foot has become swollen and painfully sore. The doctor recommended surgery and antibiotics, but I declined. Instead, I’m deepening my understanding of the 5 Biological Laws and exploring how my body might restore itself naturally.
