Doing the Video 164 Step was a part of accessing the large southwestern peninsula in Liurnia of the Lakes which is otherwise inaccessible. Once you go through the Lake of Rot to the bottom, take the coffin down to the pools and fight Astel, Naturalborn of the Void in its large arena, activating a site of grace. To the northeast is an incline normally protected by a magic barrier which should now be removed. This has an elevator taking you up to the Well Depths building onto the land.
Go northeast and you'll find the Cathedral of Manus Celes. You can enter and activate the site of grace through numerous openings. If you run right outside the very front of the church though, this Glintstone Dragon appears out of nowhere. He has blue fire and works identically to the Glintstone Dragon found in western Liurnia.
