Sometimes the best part of a conference is taking a moment to pause.

ASA Executive Director Ron Wasserstein stopped by the Caring Canines program at JSM 2026, where therapy dogs brought smiles, comfort, and a welcome break to attendees.

Sponsored by the ASA GivesBack initiative, the popular program had people lined up to spend a few moments with these gentle companions. Caring Canines will be wagging tails between noon and 2 p.m. in Room CC-261.
