This is a cover, by NYC industrial project 156, of Karlheinz Stockhausen's 1959 composition "Zyklus für einen Schlagzeuger" ("Cycle for a Percussionist"), which was also covered by Max Neuhaus in 1963.
The track was recorded completely spontaneously, as Stockhausen intended, though using no percussive instruments (only metal, glass and concrete).
This version is currently unavailable on any 156 release, and can only be heard on YouTube via this video.
