The 1500MX Mist Collector is the best 1500MX upgrades to your mill if you plan on using a minimum quantity lubrication system. The fine mist can fog up your enclosure quickly, blocking the view of your parts during cutting. The mist is returned back into the enclosure.

Please download and review the 1500MX Operator's Manual before starting the Mist Collector installation. tormach.com/support/mill/1500mx-documents

The installation of the mist collector is relatively straight forward but you have to keep in mind the extra height of the lifting tools needed, and of the lid height for filter replacement. If you can't lift the mist collector over your enclosure, or you don't have the extra ceiling height for the lid, then you can install the mist collector onto the floor.
