In this video, fitness coach Beverley Cheng will lead you through a short and spicy bodyweight HIIT workout that's quick yet effective. You’ll begin with a heart-pumping warm-up, then pick things up even further with sets of challenging full-body exercises and minimal rest periods in between.

All you’ll need to get started is a yoga mat, water and a little something to wipe up your sweat — because it’s about to get HOT!
