I fly Japan's longest flight — 15 hours and 10 minutes from Tokyo to Milan — in ANA Business Class on a Boeing 787. Along the way there was champagne, a French-inspired dinner at 36,000 feet, negi miso ramen somewhere over Central Asia, a full flat bed, and a sunrise that never quite catches up to us.
