I've been used to using a propane powered refrigerator when off grid camping, so I was worried that my new 12 volt compressor fridge was going to use up all my battery. I went on a 6 day off grid camping trip, relying solely on battery and solar power.
I added a Redodo 280AH lithium battery, and 400 watts of solar in hopes that it would offset the power used by the fridge. I was pleasantly surprised at the results!
