I used to believe that in order to improve my life, I needed to constantly add new things. I would read self-help book after self-help book, take courses, start new habits, and was always on the lookout for hacks and rules.
But over time, I realized that the real secret to building a simpler, more meaningful life was quitting some of the things I was doing. Letting go of things that no longer served me helped me better understand who I am and what’s important to me.
So today, I want to share 12 things I quit to simplify my life.
