Sentimental items can be the most difficult things to let go of. It’s those things we attach the most emotion and meaning to.
As a minimalist, it’s OK to keep an item that holds sentimental value to you. But what if a sentimental item feels heavy, even brings you down?
In this case, I share three questions that will help you to discard those sentimental items gracefully, in a way that respects your emotional detachment to it.
