Day 9: Ravenclaw Wisdom

Okay, the movies did the Ravenclaw a lot of injustice. For one, the mascot is an eagle, not a raven, and for two, their colors are blue and bronze, not blue and silver. Just, so many oofs! So, I took inspiration from eagles and created the bronze/blue coloring for Ravenclaw. I decided if I was going to represent the houses, I was going to do it right, and gosh darn it, this needed to be done right. And I really love how it turned out - it's very much brown with tints of blue, and it's just so soft and subtle, perfect for the Ravenclaws who are free spirited and think outside of the box. So, I love you Eagles! You're amazing and you're well represented here!

If you use these colorings in your edits, please make sure to credit me and send me a link to your video - I'd love to see what you do and put it in a playlist on my channel. =)

A little disclaimer: these colorings were made in Premiere Pro and there are some minor difference between the two. However, they are relatively similar between the two, however, please don't be surprised if there is a slight difference between what you see here and the video.

You will need to download the ".cube" files and your respective program file.

General Info:
-the colorings were made in Premiere Pro CC 2020 and Sony Vegas 17 - I have converted the Sony Vegas file to the 13 version, however, if you need it lower I have provided a link to a helpful video in the Google Doc Instructions. Premiere Users can download the preset - so long as you have a version of Premiere that has Lumetri Color, you should be able to use these colorings
-What are ".cube" files? These cube files are the coloring - they're also called Color Lookup Tables - essentially it's another way to save a coloring. Hence the colorings looks similar in Premiere and Vegas, but not completely as I used different process to achieve the same effects due to differences between the programs.

I have made some Google Docs explaining how to download and use the colorings - if you have questions after reading the Google Docs, feel free to leave a comment with questions!
