Big anniversary, big challenge! It's Pokémon 30th anniversary this Friday and to celebrate, I'm kicking off an epic quest: playing through each generation and obtaining every possible Pokémon as I go. Welcome to my Catch 'Em All Quest! Let's chart the incredible path Pokémon has taken so we arrive at Generation 10 with the 30-year story - and the 1000+ Pokémon - fresh in our minds!
Today I'm going right back to where it all began with the Generation 1 games Red, Blue & Yellow, and right back to where my Pokémon journey began starting a brand new adventure on my childhood copy of Pokémon Blue Version. What better way to get excited for the remakes FireRed & LeafGreen coming to the Nintendo Switch on Pokémon Day in 2 days' time? Revel in the nostalgia. Relive the memories. Revisit your childhood. Our very own Pokémon adventure is about to unfold...
