Adam Haynes | 100 Worlds Away - Original Animation Score ~ by Adam Haynes @AdamHaynesMusic | Uploaded July 2017 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Here is a piece of music I recently scored in collaboration with Charlie Dix, whom is currently creating a pilot episode for his new animation "100 Worlds Away". Please check out his portfolio here:

The main body of this piece is very much intended to be a part of the background, and so it's purposely low-key and illusive to allow the dialogue to flourish, which is really the driving force of the film.
The animation itself has a sci-fi feel to it and so I aimed to create the kind of sounds you'd hear in this environment: lots of beeps and boops and other-worldly tech noises, but in musical form. Again, I didn't go to overboard with this as it really had to sit in the background.
The second segment of the piece is more situational music, where danger suddenly shows itself in the plot and I was able to increase the presence of the score somewhat.
I shouldn't really reveal too much about the plot or anything as it's still in development but please do keep your eyes open on the animator's website for its eventual release.
