These disc brake calipers from AliExpress look INCREDIBLY similar to JuinTech F1 calipers, but cost MUCH less. So what are the differences, and do they work?

I love mechanical disc brakes on road bikes. They’re simple to use, easy to setup and maintain, and you can make use of older mechanical groupsets, so are great on more budget oriented bike builds.
I’ve used brake calipers from JuinTech for many years, so when I saw one that looked very similar to an F1 caliper on AliExpress, I had to check it out. The brand is iiiPro, and not only does it look very similar visually, but functionally, it is pretty much exactly the same.
The price however is MUCH lower, so how can they make such a similar product, for so much less. What corners have they cut in the manufacturing process, what are the differences, and will it even work?
