In 2008, ECCHR hosted a convening of litigators and activists from around the world to discuss strategies to hold transnational corporations accountable for human rights violations. This was the beginning of a world-wide network. A decade later, in April 2018, ECCHR supported by the Bertha Foundation invited partners and experts again to Berlin. This time participants reflected on specifics, challenges and impact of transnational litigation.
