How to Cultivate More Goodness | A Monk's Guide

Many people want to improve their lives, but can get stuck in how to actually make that shift. In this video, I wanted to introduce you to the concept of merits and 10 ways/10 actions you can start to perform now to start moving your life forward. In Buddhism, we call this the "10 Meritorious Deeds." There are 10 acts goodness or wholesome acts that will bring more good merit into your life.
