When talking with friends, classmates, and co-workers, you may want to talk about a story that happened to you or someone else. In order to share a secret piece of information, there are different expressions you can use in English. Today’s lesson is all about conversational English and talking about secrets. We will look at expressions like, “just between you and me”, “this shouldn’t be passed around, but...”, “I heard it on the grapevine”, “maybe I shouldn’t say this, but...”, and more.
