One of my most soothing and relaxing ocean waves video yet! The sun has just risen and the sand has taken on a warm glow. It's about 5:30 in the morning and the air is fresh and invigorating. The birds you hear and see flying by every now and then are black oyster catchers.
For anyone who needs to get away from it all and unwind for an hour, this is THE place to be. Hope you enjoy the ocean wave sounds and serene setting as much as I did. Close your eyes for a bit and breath deeply, imagining the gentle cool sea breeze and glowing sand warming up as the sun rises behind you.

Beautiful peaceful nature scenes and soundscapes such as this this one are great for relaxing when stressed out, for meditation, as a natural lullaby to help treat insomnia or to provide white noise for those suffering from tinnitis.
I filmed this at Rooi Els beach, near Cape Town, South Africa.
