Drift off to a deep and peaceful sleep tonight with gentle ocean waves at sunset - high quality calm / soft ocean sounds for deep sleep. I've created this one specifically for those who sleep better with a very calm gentle ocean scene and soft washing sounds. Try this tonight if you struggle with insomnia. Prop your smartphone up on the bedside table so that you can see it when you lie down on the pillow. Make sure the volume is low and subtle so that the sounds are soothing and subtle. As you lie still your hearing will be more sensitive in a quiet room so don't make it louder than a whisper. You will find that the waves will mesmerize you and the soft sounds will sooth you until you drift away to dreamland.
