This video shot on July 3, 2017 just a little over a week after my 50th birthday.
I've lost about 11 pounds since using my Antiblubber Super Healing Formula. I went from 172 to 161.2 pounds. Not easy to lose those last 10 pounds or so.
But it can be made a lot easier if you understand that certain foods are natural appetite suppressants. And even a certain way of exercising makes you desire less calories than normal.
But as you can see Rainbow came up already barefoot on this hike. That inspired us to give it a try and we were shocked to see that we were able to actually do it.

My daughter Rainbow did the hike in her hiking feet or barefoot yesterday. So I thought I would give it a try at least part of the way up. But I was astounded to find that I was able to go all the way up without too much pain.
Andrew and Rainbow can sprint on rocks. Here's a video from the start of our climb when they sprinted on the trail that was filled with small rocks.

I have also seen them sprint on bigger rocks that are even tougher than these. It's what we all should be able to do but have lost from a lifetime of wearing shoes.
Up until a year ago or so my feet were used to wearing sneakers or shoes all of the time. I did very little barefoot. And so my feet have become quite soft. Walking on rocks had been extremely painful for me.
But after a year + of going outside barefoot daily my feet have strengthened quite a bit. Even so my feet were the weakest of all of us. Karmyn, Andrew, Rainbow and myself all made it all the way up and all the way down barefoot.
It was a life changing experience. We plan on hiking like that from now on.
The way down was actually tougher for my feet. They started feeling more pain. And now the top part of the soles of my feet are sore from the hike. But it's not too bad actually.
We hiked for about 3 hours and 16 minutes.
Now of course, for people who walk barefoot all of the time this would have been a cake walk for them.
We were the only humans today who hiked up Cathedral Rock barefoot. We had so many conversations with people on the way up and down about how we were hiking. They were astonished to see a whole family going up the mountain barefoot.
We explained to them that wearing shoes is like wearing a cast. And that it weakens your feet just as if you're feet were imobilized in a cast. And we also explained to them the many healing benefits of Grounding or Earthing.
I was surprised to find that most of the people we spoke to were completely unaware of the many healing benefits of Grounding. What I mean is they never even heard of the term or how you can sleep better, relieve chronic pain and inflammation, protect yourself against EMF's and so much more.
Going up barefoot is really better than doing it in hiking boots. You're feet can much more naturally grip the terrain.or actually hug the terrain. It's was an absolutely amazing experience that we want to do again and again.

Unfortunately my video camera is not the greatest and likely we're not even using it properly therefore the picture on the video does not come close to doing the beauty of Sedona justice. What we see with our naked eyes is much more thrilling.
My unofficially adopted son Andrew had a breakthrough life experience a day ago that we wanted to share with you.
(Apologies for the poor audio due to the wind at certain points in this video.)
He finally is starting to realize the benefits of being on a Raw Food Diet and of doing vigorous exercise.
Why you ask?
Because he was able to blow away 5 Mexican kids who wanted to race him up this sand dune in San Carlos, Mexico. One of them even told him in English that "I'm gonna beat you."
But the truth is these guys were way too out of shape (even though they were not overweight by any means) to sprint up that sand dune.
They even had a head start but none of them could beat Andrew. So for the first time (by the power of contrast) Andrew was able to see the advantage of being a raw foodist and of doing lots of exercise.
He was incredibly proud of himself for having beat those kids in the race. Because of our home schooling lifestyle he's not had much chance to be in gym classes and compare himself with other children.
We don't want our children to have their brains deadened and brainwashed by attending public school. So he hasn't had much chance yet in doing athletic competitions.
So this was a huge wake up moment for him and now he really wants to exercise and get stronger. Funny the power of a little peer pressure.
Miraculously near the top Andrew found a mostly filled water bottle. He just had to climb down into a crevice to get it out that no adult could reach. And get it he did and that water really saved us because we just did not bring enough.
This was quite an accomplishment for our 4 year old daughter Rainbow. She may be the youngest person ever to do such a difficult climb. Of course, she had a lot of assistance from Karmyn and myself but this is definitely a super challenging climb for a 4 year old to have completed. Lots of sheer rock climbing.
It was also around 94 degrees Fahrenheit during the early part of our climb. It was not an easy journey.
Even coming back down with a 4 year old was a real challenge. But Team Haeske pulled it off.
Total time for the climb was about 5.5 hours. By myself I can do it in about 1.5 hours but having a 4 and 9 year old really complicates the climb.
And as Karmyn told us there's no I in Team Haeske. LOL
If you're ever here climbing Tetakawi is well worth it.
I apologize for some of the shakiness. It was quite scary up there and I had to make sure I had my balance. Can get quite windy too so I didn't relish falling off the top of Tetakawi.
“The Teanajer’s Cure for the Constipation Crisis”
These days the world is not only in a global financial crisis of legend but an even worse Constipation Crisis.
Why is it that many people can’t go number 2 even once a day?
It’s crazy but it’s very common.
I remember years ago when my grandmother told me she had constipation and she only had to go to do her thing about once or twice a week? You wonder where all that food she was eating was going?
And even if you’re going once a day that’s not nearly enough.
You should be going at the minimum about 30 minutes after every meal you eat.
Of course, there are many reasons for this global Constipation Crisis.
One of the biggest is this belief that eating meat and animals is so great for us. Then why is it there is no fiber in animal meat.
I just checked the below and they all had ZERO fiber.
ground beef = 0
chicken = 0
steak = 0
eggs = 0
According to the American Heart Association, the average American takes in just 15 grams of fiber per day. Yet I usually get from 80 to more than 100 grams of fiber per day.
Heck, just one of my world famous Savory Veggie Stews gives me 13 grams of fiber and I usually eat a double portion of that each evening.
If you want to gently beat the shiite out of yerself (I mean eliminate constipation) then may I suggest this.
1. Start eating foods that are high in water and fiber content. This would be raw fruits and vegetables.
That’s another problem with a cooked food diet it’s very low water content and we need a LOT of high quality structured water found in raw fruits and vegetables. And if you want to have smooth moves then you need to be taking in a lot of water from your foods.
Of course, I highly recommend a daily dose of Savory Veggie Stews in the evening.

2. Drastically reduce or eliminate animals foods from your diet. They’re not native human foods as you can tell simply by the fact that they have zero fiber. (That’s only one piece of proof out of many others that I have spoken about over the many years I've been teaching about nutrition.)
3. Do the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise daily.
This energizing exercise also has the wonderful side benefit of increasing bowel movements. I call it a safe and gentle colonic.
The reason it works is because it creates extreme gravitational force on ALL of the internal organs and systems of the body including your colon. It shakes up and massages your colon therefore loosening the gunk that previously wouldn't budge.
4. Do “Two Second Abs” daily.
This is an incredible constipation beating exercise. People have been raving about it for years doing just that. I’ve simply modified this amazing exercise to make it much easier for the average person to do. And yet the results you get in creating a powerful core and sexy abs are just as great as ever. Not to mention it’s incredible unclogging power.

Surprise, surprise... This morning I woke up to see that it was snowing outside here in sunny Arizona. Yet this is a city that people come to, to "escape" the winter.
We were here last year in the winter and on one day around midnight or early in morning (when everyone is sleeping) it got down to freezing. But today on 12-31-14 it got down to at least 31 degrees in the daytime. Enough for it to snow and stick to certain areas but not the street.
Needless to say I never expected to see a snow storm in this part of Arizona (about 550 foot elevation). Supposedly another person who has lived here for 35 years has only seen it snow two times.
I just found out that the last time it snowed here was 27 years ago in 1987.
Appearing in this video my son Andrew, daughter Rainbow and me Roger Haeske. With Karmyn Malone taking the video.
I was really surprised at Rainbow. She did most of the upward hike herself. She wanted no assistance and didn't even have a nap today. Usually she wanted me to carry her in the sling when we went hiking but today was different. She's starting to grow up.
When we got home Karmyn made us a beautiful Thai raw food dinner made young coconut meat that we got frozen from Thailand and in a supermarket believe it or not. Safeway to be precise.
In this video we had just finished a fairly dangerous part of the hike. We had to go down a steep area and we had to do it in steps.
Karmyn would hand Rainbow down to me, then I'd go a bit further down and then again that process was repeated. Andrew was able to make it down that part almost completely by himself.
Where we climbed there was no trail. We just were exploring and we came to some pretty difficult terrain. So we had to scout around in several directions more than once to find the best way up and then the best way back to the truck.
Afraid that maybe you might catch it. Well it's just another big trick from the powers that be or the secretive cabal that's trying to gain control of the entire planet.

This is the day we climbed Lizard Peak but only had about 21 ounces of water between all four of us and the temperature was in the 100 degree range while we were hiking.
Pardon the lack of sound quality as it was quite windy up there.
As for me I was carrying my 30 pound daughter Rainbow on my back. Trust me I was huffing and puffing as we climbed the steep inclines to get to the top of Lizard Peak.
At the top there is a picnic table. This is in Sara Park in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
I brought Rainbow up and down 95% of the way with her on my back in a sling.
Because we eat a Raw Food Diet we were able to withstand the heat and the lack of water. Karmyn didn't even drink any water at the top wanting to save it for us. Luckily going down was a lot quicker and easier than going up.
Though of course we'll bring more water with us next time.
One of the super powers that many raw foodists experience is an ability to handle hot weather much better than in their cooked food days. For me it easily feels 7 degrees cooler to me on hot days than it used to way back when I was still eating cooked food and teaching tennis in the hot summer heat.
