Strategy:
Changed Knights to Lancers, switched Priest to Wizard and Wizard to Priest, kept Ramza as Thief in order to max out that job for him. As the next few random battles progress, I work on the Lancers getting their skills and getting Sebastian (Capricorn Male) to Oracle and Time Mage as to open up the Calculator job.
