Strategy:

If you choose Option 1, Algus can be killed but he won't turn into a crystal since he's a guest. If you choose Option 2, if he dies you will not lose the battle. With option 2, you will gain 10 Brave points for the battle and will retain 2 of those points permanently.
The thieves are faster than the squires so maybe make them a higher priority. The panther is an enemy monster character.
