I moved into this apartment in March of 2019 and since then, it has been torture. It's as if my upstairs neighbors wear weighted shoes and go bowling in their apartment. The amount of steps they take in a day would break a fitbit. And despite numerous complaints (11 to be specific) to both the neighbor himself and the management, the noise is unrelenting. In my attempts to get them to be quiet, I probably have only pissed them off more, giving them even more a reason (than the nonexistent one we started with) to be even louder.
