Ataris Handheld Game From 1978 ctrl-alt-rees 2023-04-12 | In 1978 Atari released "Touch Me', a handheld game based on their 1972 arcade game of the same name. Similar in concept to Milton Bradley's Simon, it unfortunately didn't catch on, but it's an interesting piece of history nonetheless.

The project was saved by J Allard, who then subsequently announced it onstage at E3 2004 and launched it on the OG Xbox. There were 27 original Xbox Live Arcade games - distributed on disc - with some real lost gems that would never be seen again.

Rare Atari Power Pad Controller #shorts ctrl-alt-rees 2023-04-04 | The Atari Power Pad controller was designed in 1988 to be used with the STE computer and unreleased Panther console. It went on to become the official controller for the Atari Jaguar. Nowadays this is a very rare item to have in a classic game collection and one I'm proud to own!
