HOMEMADE BANANA LIQUEUR 35 g (1.25 oz) Freeze Dried Bananas 12 oz (355 ml) Puerto Rican White Rum 3 oz (89 ml) Jamaican OP White Rum Combine in mason jar Store in cool, dark place for 4-5 days Shake lightly every day or so Strain into 16 oz bottle (should be left with about 12 oz of rum) Add 4 oz (118 ml) Banana Syrup (see recipe below) Shake well and store (taste best after allowing ingredients to sit together a couple days)
