DIY zipper pouch. How to create rounded zipper ends without zipper tabs. No more dented corners!
The Bloom Slender Wallet (a raw-edge pattern) is a classic style wallet that offers a little more than minimalism with 10 card slots, 1 window ID, 2 cash slots and 1 zipper pocket. The alternate positioning of the cards (vertical and horizontal) is a clever way to avoid bulk from building up when fully loaded. All cards are kept within the interior of the wallet to prevent exposure and abrasion. An exterior zipper pocket is positioned conveniently at the back of the wallet if you need to throw in some change. The exterior features an elegant contrasting trim which adds an element of interest. The wallet closes easily with a metal snap button. Her slender appearance fits comfortably in your hand without overwhelming. An overall great wallet for everyday use!
The Bloom Mini Wallet (a raw-edge pattern) is the ideal companion for your most essential items. It is extremely lightweight and compact and will fit into a back pocket on your pants without adding bulk. It features a zipper compartment, a clear window card slot, an additional card slot and one slip pocket for your cash. Perfect for a ‘Grab-and-Go’!
When printed at 130%, increase, the mini wallet would actually fit the US vaccination card perfectly! I skipped the back card pocket and with just the slip pocket piece, created two vertical card pockets instead. In my Cricut, I resized the width of the Wallet to 15.6cm or 6.142” while keeping the aspect ratio locked. This is equivalent to the 130% increase.
The Bloom ID Tag (a raw-edge pattern) is a basic cardholder design that will hold at least 2 cards. The front of the tag features a clear window for your ID and there is an additional card slot at the back. Add a strip of leather cording and it can be used as a luggage tag as well!

This adorable little hand-carry tote was originally designed to be used as a carrier to hold mandarin oranges when visiting family and friends during the Chinese New Year. The mandarin orange is an important symbol of the Chinese New Year. The small citrus looks like the sun, and because the sun is aligned with the yang (positive) principle, it is a symbol of abundance and happiness. They are not only used as decorations, but given as gifts when visiting family and friends as a symbol of sharing abundance and good fortune.
Apart from holding oranges, this little bag also has plenty of other uses! They make cute gift bags for various occasions and festivities. Works great as a little girl’s bag to hold all her favorite knick-knacks as well!
A fun and apt beginner project for those who have yet to make a bag. The tote is fully lined, with cotton webbing as handles and sides are cinched up via magnetic snaps.

Too hot? Too cold? Drop your favourite drink in our latest cup holder and free your hands from the extreme temperatures!
Finding the perfect cup fit to suit all cup sizes in the market is akin to Goldilocks searching for her ideal (porridge/chair/bed). Every cup has a different upper and lower circumference measurements. However, after a series of intense testing and tweaks, I arrived at a generic (gentle arc) shape pattern (and method) that will suit most cups sizes.
In the video tutorial, I have also shared 2 different ways of construction - Perfect Fit and Expandable Fit. The expandable version are sewn in with small strips of elastic, which allows for some give/stretch to suit cup sizes in between.
I hope this pattern will provide some ease to users who may have difficulty handling the cups (without any holders) as well as users who just want to have some fun making/personalising their very own holders.

The Japanese Knot Bag is a small and elegant open tote bag, with a twist! It features asymmetrical handles and a boxed bottom which allows the bag to stand by itself.
The longer handle slips through the other to form a knot and closes the bag. No need for zippers, buttons, or drawstrings since the handles serve as the method of closure. Neat, right? The bag can easily be used in reverse just as well. One bag, two prints, versatile accessory for your wardrobe.
A zipper pouch that unfolds into a eco/shopping bag!
There are 7 different sizes in this pattern, namely XS, S, M, L, Bento Couple, Bento Family and Ramen Tower. You could choose to make it with an internal slip pocket OR a zippered version of it (fully lined). This pocket is also where the entire bag could be folded and tucked into as well. How compact and convenient to carry along in your purse!
The XS, S, M and L sizes are sizes similar to the plastic bags that we typically use in our everyday life. The Bento Couple and Family sizes have got very wide bases which allow for Bento/lunch boxes to fit into comfortably without tipping over. The last size, which I termed Ramen Tower, is ideal for carrying rounded containers typically used for soups or noodles.
