This is a rare day! I’m launching a new podcast for the first time in many years, and it’s scripted fiction. Even if you hate the name, I think most of you will enjoy the 50-second trailer. This podcast (and more) is intended to add a bit of laughter and levity to a world dominated by doomscrolling and pessimism.
Please subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
Some background, plus Steven Pressfield on “going big”…
I’ve long wanted to do an experiment with fiction and art, resurrecting those old passions. I just couldn’t find the right vehicle. The conventional options didn’t work. Then, in early 2021, the author Steven Pressfield said the following to me:
"[Going big] doesn’t mean it necessarily has to be 800 pages long, but just a big idea. An idea that’s kind of a scary idea, that you say to yourself, ‘When I show this to people, they’re going to look at me and go, ‘What happened to you, Tim? Are you okay?’ That’s what I mean by big."
Shortly thereafter, I began dreaming bigger, dreaming stranger, and allowing myself to grab a few glasses of wine at night, sketch out the truly bat-shit crazy ideas, and go fully off-menu.
This podcast is part of “going big” for the fun of it, and it’s part of a much broader art project. I hope you subscribe and stick around to see how things unfold. There are surprises in store…

Welcome to another episode of The Tim Ferriss Show, where it is usually my job to deconstruct world-class performers to tease out the routines, habits, et cetera that you can apply to your own life.
This episode is something different. It’s an experimental format that I’m super excited about, and it’s back by popular demand.
This is an episode that scratches an itch I’ve had for years. I am not always able to listen to every great podcast episode out there, even when they are by some of my closest friends. The answer to my predicament was to ask them to send me a top segment from their podcast that I could listen to and—more importantly—also share with you, my dear listeners.
My team edited them together, and here we are! This episode is a compilation of 15-to-30–minute clips from some of the best podcasters—and also best interviewees—in the world and certainly some of my favorites.
At the beginning of each clip, you will hear an intro from the host and where to find their work and podcast. I’ll also share one or two of my favorite clips from episodes of The Tim Ferriss Show.
You can view this episode as a buffet, and I strongly suggest that you check out the shows included. If you like my podcast, you will very likely enjoy the featured shows in this episode.
And before you go: Do you like this format? Please let me know on Twitter at @tferriss and also mention @TeamTimFerriss.
Please enjoy!

Welcome to another episode of The Tim Ferriss Show, where it is usually my job to sit down with world-class performers of all different types to tease out the habits, routines, favorite books, and so on that you can apply and test in your own life. This time, we have a slightly different format, and I’m the guest.
As some of you know, I tested a “fan-supported model” in 2019, but I ended up returning to ads by request. That’s a long story, and you can read more about it at tim.blog/podcastexperiment. I recently sat down with the original supporter group for a fun and live Q&A on YouTube.
In this episode, I answer questions on marketing and product launches, premium pricing, user feedback, fasting routines, podcast advertising, my recent gardening adventures, tools for releasing tension in the iliacus and psoas muscles, my current coffee and alcohol rules, advice for artisans, animal communication, tools for adverse life moments, and more.
