Follow Zelda as he goes back and forth through time with a harp. A sorceress is involved. Two witches may or may not be involved.
Part of a series (Oracle), this game focuses on puzzle solving. Other than that, it is just another Zelda game.
This longplay goes for all Heart Pieces and Secrets (passwords). The non-Linked longplay uses the Hero's Secret from clearing a Linked Game of Ages (hence the first file having a clear). This was to carry over the Red Ring from Non-Linked Seasons (I started with Seasons first just for the Red Ring.) This end up breaking the game and making some bosses a joke in the Linked longplay. To make it fair, for the non-Linked run, I don't use the Red Ring much.

If it's Konami, it's awesome. This tube shooter game offers good gameplay and overall challenges. Plow through 40 stages and defeat aliens and other creatures all over the solar system.
Unlike the C64 and MSX versions, this one is endless and has no ending. It just keeps going on forever. There are a total of 9 levels. All are same as level 1. When you complete level 9 it goes back to level 1 again. So completing level 1 is pretty much you have beaten the game. After I've beaten level 1. I killed myself at level 2 since all levels are the same as level 1.
It was programmed by Nasir Gebelli, designed and supervised by Hironobu Sakaguchi. Rad Racer is Nobuo Uematsu's 15th work of video game music composition. This is basicly Nes answer to outrun.
Trivia: This is one the first Capcom video game i got for my birthday back in 1989. The game has up to 16 stages 4 that are the same, but they get harder as you progress to get the real ending.

For a port to the NES, Parodius stands up remarkably well. The graphics still manage to look pretty good for the system, despite the usual slowdown and flickering. This actually came out in Europe. The biggest addition is an entirely new level that takes place in a carnival. Out of all of the console exclusive levels, I'd have to say this is probably the best one, especially with the two cool bosses near the end.

The Goonies is a 1986 platform game based on the film of the same name produced by Konami for the Family Computer. Konami also developed a completely different version for the MSX in Japan.
This is a replacement to the old video since that one only showed the bare minimum to complete the game, and I really wanted to properly tackle it. Plus that most of the equipment items are very helpful, since they protect the player from certain obstacles/attacks e.g. the waterfalls at level 5.
Two loops played. For the second one I took the secret shortcut at level 3 which requires the Jump Shoes in order to get access. All diamonds and items collected in every level as well.
DuckTales 2 is a platform video game developed and published by Capcom and is a sequel to the original DuckTales based on the Disney animated series of the same name. Originally released on the Nintendo Entertainment System in early 1993, the title was later ported to the Game Boy handheld system in Japan and North America at the end of the year.
Plot: 'As the game opens, Huey runs to his uncle Scrooge McDuck with a torn piece of paper, which is a piece of a treasure map drawn by Fergus McDuck. Inspired to discover the hidden treasure left by Fergus, Scrooge starts an expedition to find the missing pieces, unaware that his archenemy Flintheart Glomgold is also after the lost treasure of McDuck.'
The video shows how to complete the game while getting all treasure maps and accessing the secret Basement level in order to pick up the Red Gem, which triggers the best ending possible in this game. The other two endings are also included at the end of the video. To get the zero dollar ending you have to buy the 1-UP doll, a cake and a safe (aside from not collecting anything), and use them before finishing the next level.

DuckTales is a platform game developed and published by Capcom and based on the Disney animated TV series of the same name. It was first released in North America for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1989 and was later ported to the Game Boy in 1990.
Plot: 'The story involves Scrooge McDuck traveling around the globe collecting treasure and outwitting his rival Flintheart Glomgold to become the world's richest duck.'
This video shows how to complete the game with the objective of getting the 10 million dollar ending, which is the best one you can get here. To do that, the bonus stage that appears when you decide to return to the hub has to be triggered in each stage, this ensures you get some extra amount of money for your total savings, meaning you have to go through each stage twice, except for Transylvania since Launchpad McQuack isn't present there. The other two endings are also included at the end of the video. To get the zero dollar ending you have to avoid collecting anything except one of the extra treasures, this way you fight Dracula Duck with $6,000,000. Get hit and press Select, then repeat this again until the total money is zero.

HERE WE GO AGAIN!
Tetris DX for the Gameboy Color (Colour) was released in 1998 for around the world.
We complete all the Stages they are: Marathon (00:38) Ultra (45:56) 40 Lines (52:35) VS. COM (1:12:14) Extras (1:39:48) Relax (1:42:58)
Marathon A-Mode if you own the GB Version Well there is no way I will max score this with any sanity left in me, so I went for 1000lines since you can easily pass 999999.
Ultra Kept this short, reason being of how similar it is to Marathon only difference is you have to get as many lines cleared in 3 minutes. Decided to do Level 0 and Level 9
40 Lines B-Mode if you own the GB Version Instead of "High" being the amount of blocks in your way which you can clear down these blocks are indestructible and can get annoying the higher you get
VS. COM Now for no logic time Easy - Simple to beat good for those learning the ropes on competitive Tetris Normal - Will send blocks over here and there Hard - Stupidly easy as it just builds up to Tetris or Triple you Yourself - Depending on how you play you're either easy or hard as all can be... lucky for me I was HARD

The very first title in the Ninja Gaiden series, it's also known in Japan as Ninja Ryukenden and in Europe as Shadow Warriors.
The story follows a ninja named Ryu Hayabusa as he journeys to America to avenge his murdered father. There, he learns that a person named "the Jaquio" plans to take control of the world by unleashing an ancient demon through the power contained in two statues. Featuring side-scrolling platform gameplay similar to Castlevania, players control Ryu through six "Acts" that comprise 20 levels; they encounter enemies that must be dispatched with Ryu's katana and other secondary weapons.

Road Rash for the Gameboy Color. A much faster engine then the original Gameboy version but not without its flaws. I think the GameGear got the most accurate version on handheld which plays just like the 16bit original.
This version can be quite difficult to play due to all the hill crests that can send you flying into obstacles on nearly every corner. You lose far to much speed trying to slide back onto the road. This is especially problematic on the later levels where the road moves far to fast and you have to slow down to take the corners and the AI just belt on past.
Which leads me to the abrupt ending of this longplay. The 3rd level in stage 5 is just too damned hard to complete. There is a massive gap in the centre of the pack featuring many police bikes which hang around just waiting for you to fail. I very much doubt this game is completable. The longplay ends after failing the last track (which i tried many times). If the N bikes support a Nitrous function, damned if I could find it.
Off camera, messing with gameshark codes, I could own the fastest bike. Even this was not enough to win. Even more cheating (forcing a 1st place win), their is a 6th level. This is crazy difficult and I couldn't get higher then 12th place on some tracks. Even finishing level 6, it just loops. There is no ending which only strengthens my opinion of this being a bad conversion.
You control Buster Bunny along with his friends Plucky, Dizzy and Furrball, where your mission is to save Babs from Montana Max who has kidnapped her. Depending on the level, Shirley gives you an advice of which character you should select as Buster's partner.
This video also includes the Duck Vader bonus fight at the end of levels 1-4 (nothing happens after completing the Wacky World level though). This is only possible if you complete the third area of each world with an odd number of carrots that's also a multiple of 11.
GBC port of the popular game. All levels complete for best ending, if you can call it that ....
Im not sure if this is emulated properly as there is a fair bit of gfx flickering but here it is anway. As good as the bubble bobble theme is, it will drive you mad after hearing it on nearly every level ;)
In one of the early levels I collect the diamonds in order but nothing special happens in this version. It is however quite easy no manipulate the diamond drops in this version.

Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, One of the best games on the Gameboy Color, and one of the best ports of the original Super Mario Bros. It has a lot of bonus content and different physics, so different strategies needs to be used especially in the Lost Levels mode.
A platformer game where you control some cowboy who has to re-capture all the bad bandits in the Old West.
This was previously released in monochrome for the original Game Boy in 1996, then a few years later it was ported to the Game Boy Color, where everything is colorized while keeping the core gameplay from the original, and not only that, this second version was also released in the US despite having a language selection.
In the video, while exploring the levels as much as possible, I also picked up all five golden stars in each stage, which lets you play a bonus minigame where the objective is to shoot all liquor bottles for an extra life as a reward (or bonus points if missed any).

In Power Quest's story mode, you can choose between five of the six characters in the game (all-rounders Max and Axe, grappler Gong, and speed-focused Speed and Lon; excluding the joke character Borot), buying damage-increasing "parts" for your model as you obtain money from winning fights with NPCs. Lon is chosen for the length of this longplay. Following completion of the game's story mode, "1P" survival mode is played until game over.
