38th Heart Piece without Bombs or Bombchus done on Console @Dungeonfire

Dungeonfire This is a single segment recording played on the official Japanese Wii Virtual Console release of Ocarina of Time.

This is exactly how it would be done in a Max% No Inventory Explosives (268 Item) run.
The 38th Heart Piece is one of three Beta Heart Pieces that are not accessible via normal methods.
It is located in an unused Scene Setup of the Kakariko Graveyard and can be accessed with a Wrong Warp.

A special shoutouts to Tob3000 for the clever idea of using a Cutscene Item to stop the collapse timer from taking you away when doing the Farore's Wind Void Warp, and to jolin012 for being consistently helpful and teaching me how all of this works.
Without both of them this wouldn't have been possible.

37th Heart Piece without Bombs or Bombchus done on Console

I do have to admit I played on the practice rom because I couldn't be arsed to set up a file for this. But I did not use any of the practice rom features during this video and the steps are entirely the same on the official 1.2 release of the game.

Sorry for tilt gameplay at the end I don't know wtf happened.

A bit of a backstory on this Heart Piece:

When I started trying to solve the residual items for Max% no Inventory Explosives (5 Skulltulas, real Megaton Mammer, 37th through 39th HP) I first didn't pay the 37th Heart Piece much scrutiny because it has been possible to collect with as low as two Bombchus for over 6 years.
However as I slowly chopped away the last few item's, I also started testing for the 37th Heart Piece. But no matter how hard I tried, I could not find a way for about 9 months.
But I did have an unlisted video where I set FW at DMT from the fairy fountain, and cheated a fw + loading zone dive into Thieve's Hideout with gz to show the coordinates fit.
Recently natalyahasdied pointed out to me that it would make more sense to set FW in Thieve's Hideout and FWVW from DMT. This made me realize that the only thing thats left for this to work is to find a way to FWVW from DMT that doesn't require explosives.
I tried to find a way but couldn't. So I asked in the OoT discord and sure enough, blini plz the polygon whisperer found a way.
And ironically enough, this is the easiest of the 3 Beta Heart Pieces by a long shot. Once you have FW on B and don't die without a fairy, Save & Quit or equip the Kokiri Sword before getting the 37th Heart Piece, you have infinite attempts at the FWVW
This also means that the puzzle is now fully solved.

Wrong Warp to Child Market as Adult Link

Useful for Max% Adult on VC.

Farore's Wind was set at the entrance when you get caught for the first time with hookshot.
To do this Wrong Warp multiple times you need to set Farore's Wind once you use it.
If you forget to like I did in this video, you can set FW while you are in the Child Market and do an adjustment dive as seen here:

If you did the adjustment dive correctly, you will hear a void sound but be at the Gerudo Fortress from Gerudo Training Grounds entrance. Dispel and Set FW and you can do the Wrong Warp to Child Market once more.

Please note that for the Treasure Chest Minigame HP, you need to do this Wrong Warp with Blank B instead of FW on B, so that way you can use Hammer/Stick + Bombs for hovering into the loading zone.

Child Crawlspace in Spirit Temple as Adult without Explosives

I don't fully understand the HESS and the Angle it gives you yet. Maybe someone better than me can figure it out.
Setup:
1. Get in the corner as shown
2. Backflip 11 times
3. Slash the Armos
4. On the first frame the Armos is not red anymore, slash again
5. Put away sword with FPS Item (Keep holding Shield + Z)
6. Buffer until the 2nd frame of the last hop of the Armos that is past the left side of the left pillar
7. Press A
8. One frame after A release Z+R and hold ESS
9. Press Z+R on HESS frame
10. Get in the corner as shown
11. When Links head is centered on the left pillar, equip Hover Boots and hold up (Release Z if held)
12. Hold Left as soon as he clips (probably not frame perfect)
13. As soon as you hit the crawlspace, release control stick
14. Wait a bit and then navigate your way into the child side

Dungeonfire 2017-12-10 | This was played on the Wii Virtual Console and the run was segmented at two points. At the fadeout of Prelude of Light and when exiting the Water Temple.
These were done to take a break, I don't recall actually resetting the console inbetween.

This would be done on the Wii Virtual Console with the Tower Collapse Timer in Max% No Inventory Explosives (268 Item). I played on an 1.0 Wii VC inject for my casual 268 Item run because I don't own an OoT 1.0 Cartridge, but I still wanted to do a run for myself, but I also didn't want to use the Tower Collapse Timer due to how slow it is.

I want to give a shoutouts to jolin012 and Tob3000 for being such a huge help with figuring out this Wrong Warp without Inventory Explosives and to JBop for his inspiring video on it back in 2014.

Excuse me for the black screen at 24:32 to 25:30, I played back the preview of the project in Vegas Pro and recorded it with OBS because my computer is too bad to render this. I then got a black screen midway through so I had to reload the .veg file

TLoZ: OoT - Megaton Hammer No Inventory Explosives LOTAD in 2:01:32916

Dungeonfire 2017-11-23 | In this run, I obtain the Megaton Hammer without the usage of any Bombs or Bombchus.
This is challenging because there are two bombable walls you would normally come across in the Fire Temple, and they can only be destroyed by Explosives. And there are also other things we would normally need Bombs or Bombchus for throughout this run.

This run is a LOTAD, or Low Optimization Tool Assisted Demonstration, which means I used savestates and frame advance to craft the inputs for this run. This is different from a Tool Assisted Speedrun in that it does not come with the high expectations which cause so many TASes to be left unfinished.
