We visited the "Paradise of Deer" in Hengchun to hang out and take pictures, the park was actually smaller than we expected, but we still had great time. We also did something really fun in our resort, wearing a costume and taking photos around the resort! Amanda Hotel is a Moroccan Themed resort in Kenting, Taiwan and they have a very special service, renting Arabian Costume! So we decided to take advantage and have some fun in the resort!! Exploring Taipei, Taiwan || Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall || Elephant Mountain || WE LOVE TAIWAN!! Our Wonder List 2019-10-18 | Hey guys! We are in Taiwan now!! Taiwan is our 2nd Asian Country 🙌🏻We have a very tight schedule to explore around Taiwan for the next 2 weeks!! Thanks to Les Suites Taipei, we got to start our journey super well rested! We were provided complimentary accommodation for 2 nights in Da-An location, and it was so comfortable!! We loved their convenient location; we could walk to near by train station and bus station to explore anywhere around Taipei.They also have free coffee & tea available 24 hours, so we could refuel anytime we needed! On our first day in Taipei, we visited National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall which is one of the top things to do in Taipei.For Lunch, we accidentally found a great breakfast restaurant called Fuhang Soy Milk!! I personally enjoyed them very much, but Brenda wasn't too into them.After lunch, we stopped by our hotel to have quick coffee & tea break, before hiking the Elephant Mountain, which leads to beautiful scenery of Taipei with Taipei 101, also one of the top things to do in Taipei.We ended our day back in our Hotel lounge joining their Happy Hour that provides 2 free drinks per person!! Great start indeed!! Tonga Expedition Part 1. How to get to TONGA Our Wonder List 2019-10-11 | Hello Everyone!Finally, we are in Tonga!! We are on the Expedition to swim with Humpback Whales in Vava'u, Tonga! We've been waiting for this day forever!!Swimming with Humpback was one of our long long bucket list, and we are finally doing it! Getting to Tonga was not easy, we were very sleep deprived with early morning flight from Sydney, and a short over-night layover in Fiji.We were also informed that the airline is very strict on their weight restriction, and there is good chance your luggage may not make it due to the weight/fuel limits. (they cannot refuel in Tonga) So it was rather nervous and stressful journey getting there, but we arrived just fine with our luggage together 🙏🏻We can't wait to share our adventures out in the ocean with whales!! Cheapest Day to Take the Ferry to Manly Beach Our Wonder List 2019-10-08 | Hey guys! Did you know the public transportation is only $2.70 all day on Sundays in Sydney?When we found out, we decided to take advantage of it! We took a Ferry to Manly Beach! Sunday is literally the cheapest day to take ferry to Manly Beach.We thought it would be super crowded, because of the low fare, but it was a lot better than we expected, also the Ferry was huge!! We started from Central Station to Circular Quay by Train, then to Manly Beach from Circular Quay by Ferry.As the weather was still very cold for us.. (we got too used to tropical weathers from Hawaii and Bali lol)We did not pack any beach stuff, we didn't think anyone would be in the water, or at the beach sun bathing.We were really surprised to find so many surfers and people chilling at the beach! Also the strip is really nice with many restaurants and shops to look around.We would LOVE to come back to Sydney, and to Manly Beach during summer time to enjoy the water!! Feeding Wallabies & Kangaroos - Must Visit in Sydney - Featherdale Wildlife Park Our Wonder List 2019-10-05 | Hey guys! We met Kangaroos for the first time!! Not only did we see the Kangaroos, but we also got to feed them and pet them! We visited the Featherdale Wildlife Park, and we had so much fun!! We got to feed Wallabies and Kangaroos, there are also other things you can do such as feeding Flying Foxes, and holding Koalas.They also have many different educational programs to learn about them!! We spent majority of our time feeding Wallabies.. because they are so cute! lolKangaroo we didn't get to spend too much time with them because they were more popular with children.We would definitely recommend visiting Featherdale Wildlife Park if you love animals, and you will have awesome time here!As always, thank you so much for watching our video. Best way to see the Blue Mountains - Blue Mountains Scenic World Our Wonder List 2019-10-03 | Hey guys!!We visited Blue Mountains Scenic World with new friends from our Hostel! Blue Mountains National Park is located near Sydney, and is one of the popular place to explore when you visit Sydney.You can get to Blue Mountains with Tour Company which will cost you around $100/person.But we decided to get there ourselves using public transportation! it takes much longer (1hr vs 2.5hrs) but transportation is only $15/person! Entrance to Scenic World was $50/person, and they have 3 different rides, and many many hiking options to explore the park! We spent all day in the park, and tried every hiking trails available, and loved it so much! We would totally recommend checking out Blue Mountains on your visit to Sydney! Wake Up Sydney - Our Sydney Journey Our Wonder List 2019-09-29 | Hey guys!We are in Sydney now!!We are staying in Sydney for 9 days, and we are super excited! We were very afraid of the weather, as we only have clothes for Tropical weather, and Sydney is just hitting Spring! Fortunately, weather was kind to us, it was cold at night, but nothing we couldn’t handle 🤙🏻We are staying in hostel called “Wake Up Sydney” which is located right in front of the Central Station.It was our very first hostel experience, and we loved it so much! Meeting new people, who also love to travel, and making new friends are always exciting! Hostel also had many events and activities we could attend to socialize, and to go sight seeing around the city. We attended the “Pub Crawl” and “City Tour” our 2nd day and 3rd day. Pub Crawl was basically a guided bar-hopping in town, it is one of the best event to meet new people! City Tour was also amazing, we got to see all the beautiful spots in one day, following our guide. Lembongan Beautiful Spots - Best Places to Visit Our Wonder List 2019-09-25 | Hey Guys!!Since Lembongan is so easy to get around using scooter, we decided to explore even more! We have visited some of the popular "scenic spots" in Lembongan.Most of them were actually very close to each other (Dream Beach, Devils Tear, and Sunset Beach)We also visited Nusa Ceningan since it is accessible by scooter through the bridge! Lembongan Fun Things to do - Wonderful Places Our Wonder List 2019-09-23 | Hi Guys!We are in Nusa Lembongan! We rented a scooter from our homestay and explored around. There are many fun things to do in Nusa Lembongan1. Mangrove Forest (1:25)2. Mangrove Beach Club (5:21)3. Mushroom bay (9:12)4. BEST DIVE SHOP IN GILI T - SCALLYWAG DIVERS GILI TRAWANGAN Our Wonder List 2019-09-14 | Hey Guys!As you guys already know.. diving is one of our most favorite thing to do! And we had a chance to dive for 3 days in a row with Scallywag Divers in Gili Trawangan!!We had total 5 dives, all different dive sites.and every single one of them was so amazing!! These dives made us really appreciate the small animals in the ocean.Such as ghost pipefish, Nudibranch, yellow boxfish, popcorn shrimp and so on! What we really loved about Scallywag Divers was how they actually followed the PADI requirements for pre-dive briefing and post-dive briefing.Before we even get on boat, we will sit down, and look at a drawn map of our dive sites, and learn about their depth, normal current status, and things to expect.Post-dive was even better because we will sit down with fish-identification book and go over all the cool fishes we saw, and learn their names.As we did that each dive, we noticed the big difference in our diving experience, because we actually knew what we were looking at.It wasn't just a "pretty fish" or "cool looking fish".We could actually identify them by their names, and how to do underwater hand signals for those fishes, we were so proud of ourselves LOL.We want to send our huge gratitude to Scallywag Divers Gili Trawangan, and all the crew members who helped us and taught us!! Make your own ring - We took a silver class in Bali Our Wonder List 2019-09-12 | Hey guys! We did something very very special this time! We took a silver crafting class in Bali!Ever since we found out about this class, we were so excited to try this out! I think it's one of the most unique experience you can have in Bali.You can choose your own design, size and everything!It does take a lot of effort and energy, from melting the silver to hammering and shaping your own ring! We also decided to engrave our rings with each other's name (super cute I know.. lol)The whole class took about 2-3 hours for us.Length of the class varies depending on the design of the ring you choose.At the end of the class, we honestly had some mixed feelings.Brenda's ridges were flatter compared to mine, and my ridges were more defined in some part than the others.But at the same time, we were also very happy that we made our own rings from scratch! (with a lot of professional help lol)If you are looking for some unique experience + cool souvenir you can take home, taking a silver class would be the one! Our guide was very informative and he took his time explaining the process of coffee making.We were surprised the tour & samples were free!Gurung Kawi Sebatu Temple is one of many popular holy water temples near Ubud.Balinese and Hindus come to this temple to get Ritual Purification.You can also experience the Ritual Purification with an offering, but we did not do it.Tegenungan Waterfall was also beautiful, but we did not hike down for it as it was really crowded. and we weren’t going to swim anyways.We were actually happy that we didn’t need to hike down to see the waterfall 😂Last but not least, the Ubud Monkey Forest!!I was actually really nervous for this place,because you read and hear things about aggressive monkeys! These monkeys are actually wild, and there were many things I needed to remember not to provoke them.Fortunately, we had an amazing time in the monkey forest! Loved the temples and statues in the forest, and so many monkeys!!
