Golden Sun skits TurtlesPancake 2021-02-18 | Back with more Golden Sun! I originally started working on this in spring of 2019, which is why the art is... not great LMAO. Technically this should either be Golden Sun as Vines 0 or Golden Sun as Vines 2.5, but I don't quite feel right putting it under that label given the format is pretty different from the other two GS as Vines. It's also the first "Golden Sun as Vines" I started working on, I only started Golden Sun as Vines 1 in spring of 2020. There was initially supposed to be more to this video, but I never finished it. Since the art is so old and my style has changed so much, I'm either going to make the other skits their own videos, or put them in Golden Sun as Vines 3. Golden Sun Animation - Sol Sanctum TurtlesPancake 2020-03-14 | Happy Golden Sunday Everyone!!I really like Golden Sun, and while I may be new to the series, it's quickly grown to be one of my favorite game franchises of all time. Not to mention that the community is amazing!I first started this animation back in November, when the first Golden Sunday happened. I've been working on it since because I really wanted to show my support for this series on the second Golden Sunday, which is happening on the Lost Age's birthday. That's also why this isn't TLA themed, it's because I've been working on it for a while. I plan to do more Golden Sun animations in the future, but right now I'm going to take a break because I've been working on this animation for about 6 months and I'm tired. I wanted to get the video out by Golden Sunday and I was running low on time so I took some desperate measures. 20/20 hindsight, shouldn't have done that and I feel bad about it. I should have taken my time and released it a day late or something. I know that's not an excuse though, and it won't happen again. Everything else in the video is my own drawings. I Dont Wanna Go To School - Animated Music Video TurtlesPancake 2020-03-14 | I'm not really invested in this story/these OCs/the concept of animal OCs as a whole anymore. Please not that despite its placement on my channel, this video is significantly older than anything else I've posted.Anyways, here's the original description: AFTER A MONTH THIS DISASTER IS FINALLY DONE!This is a small story I wrote YEARS ago when I was a small, warriors cats obsessed child. I was re-reading this when I was looking at old garbage and at the very end of the notebook I wrote "hello future me, if you're reading this message and now you're a famous cartoon person thing can u make this into a cartoon or something? Thanks - past you" and I was kinda like I'm not famous but I can kINDA ANIMATE SO I'M GONNA DO THIS!So I did.I'll try to explain the story, but it's kinda weird because it came from a dream and I wasn't a good writer so it was hard to tell what was going on from what younger me had written. Basically, there are these animals who live in peace in this small valley by some mountains that no one's ever crossed over. Then one day they find this weird dark pollutant vine thing that's crossed over from the mountains and it's gonna destroy the whole world unless they go over the mountains and stop it. They go over the mountains and the badger named Nick says they have to find this wooden goat's head to fix everything. They go to find this thing but then they get attacked by these evil monster things and the lynx named Amethyst sacrifices herself to save the others and dies. The fox named Ember feels guilty because instead of helping Amethyst she ran away and blames herself for Amethyst's death. Then they split up to get more supplies and the cat named Jeremy and the falcon named Alex die because one of them knocked over a tree and it crushed them. Ember continues to blame herself and goes to find Nick, the wolf Hunter, and the deer Michael. While she's trying to meet up with them, she gets attacked and is on the verge of dying when Hunter shows up and saves her life. He dies though, but he does save Ember. He gives her meaningful and inspiring last words pretty much telling her to keep going for the greater good. Ember listens slightly more to this since she was more friendly with Hunter, Michael and Nick than the others but she still feels guilty. Nick shows up and asks what happened, she tells him, and now they can't find Michael. They stay in this old shack overnight and Nick tries to give her an inspirational speech about the universe and the greater good and that she low key knows magic but it completely goes over Ember's head because she's traumatized from watching 4 of her friends die and 1 of them be missing. The next day, Nick's missing too and Ember has a small existential crisis before FINALLY realizing that she should just find this goat head thing because that's what her friends would have wanted. She wanders around for a bit and gains some self confidence before finding the goat's head. She finds it but it's heavily guarded with monster things. She fights them and is doing OK but one of them shape shifts into Amethyst and she has a small breakdown because of guilt but then Michael shows up and helps her. He fends off the monsters while she goes to the goat's head. Then when she gets to the goat's head, the guardian spirit thing of the carving tells Ember she was a guardian of life who got angry and cursed the entire world which is why there are the vine things and the monsters and that Nick who was a guardian of knowledge saw that the best way to fix this stuff was to reincarnate her and get her to see that the world was kind of OK sometimes and that she should save it. She then uses the wooden carving as a goat's head as a beacon to use her magic to save the world and her friends are no longer dead.
