Dear... LORD. This project could arguably be THE most ambitious project of Undertale DDD Season 1. (I keep saying that, but this time. it's definitely and will be true.)
Likewise, it gave my old PC multiple aneurysms, not to mention myself for that matter... It was just so BIG, had so many varying components to it and it forced me to do things I had never done before. (This is what happens when you let your imagination pilot most of your animations).
Regardless, as much as I wanted to throw in the towel multiple times - looking back at it, this was the most fun project to date. I had a jolly good time animating and throwing references into this one, plus - I finally got to do an Undertale x Touhou mashup - something I only DREAMED of doing a long time ago.
So in the end, it was all worth it. I enjoyed making it and thus the end result.
Overall, this is what I like to call a conglomeration of months of joy, laughter, sadness, frustration, tedium, lethargy and fatigue rolled into 30 minutes (my longest animation to date!). A 'love letter' - if you will, to the creative side of the Undertale Fandom and to the beloved Touhou franchise.
Hope you guys enjoy it too! I am now gonna go on a long... LONG break. My mind and back needs rest :p

Sans' segment is about wasting time (until Yukari arrives)... In quite a rather brutal, excruciating way. As usual he only does one damage... per frame. Meaning he can decimate your HP in mere seconds if the SOUL is left unattended to his attacks. The worst thing is that his 'Poison Effect' now covers the entire health bar if the SOUL even touches his attacks for a split second, signifying the utter weight of their sins. His attacks are harder than before and incorporate very unorthodox and absurd tactics - making his fight unpredictable and unexpected. Unlike Yukari, most of Sans' attacks somewhat revolve around platforming challenges and tricky SOUL mechanics than bullet hell.

This one will also play through parts in Undertale DDD Season 2. Specifically, in areas around Waterfall (Hence the name & motif.)
Hope you enjoy yet another orchestral piece! This piece in particular I'm quite fond of, because I was able to pull off quite a dark and emotional piece! And from my history... It's seldom heard or achieved. Usually its upbeat, action-orientated, or has too few moments of poignancy. There's no shortage of that here though!
Stay tuned for more orchestral pieces later down the line! And another song coming up - which was also featured in Dawn Ever-Blue!
---------- DDD Notes [One Dream, One Destiny ~ Waterfall] Based on these original compositions: One Dream, One Reality - Nihon Falcom Waterfall - Toby Fox
"I suppose this counts as dialogue music for Season 2? Its use will be slightly more specialized. Mostly for lore & other important or dramatic events taking place in Waterfall.
This piece will be a very special treat for those who've played YS VIII Lacrimosa of Dana. What a beautiful and criminally underrated game. Sporting a very inspiring soundtrack imo. So much so that I HAD to remix one of their songs. And who would've thought that [One Dream, One Reality] and [Waterfall] could mesh so perfectly?! Seriously, it's like they were made for each other.
Given that this plays during somber, dramatic, and revelatory parts in Waterfall, naturally I gave it a nice Orchestral tone. There's more emphasis on the strings though. No woodwinds or brass to be found here. I attempted a version with a full orchestra, but I ultimately decided against it, because a focus on a smaller amount of instruments and strings brings out a sense of intimacy; the expressions on the instruments are better heard. I'm gonna save the big orchestra for something else...
Unlike [Destinies in Limbo], this piece has moments of build-up. Especially towards the end where there's a giant climax, falling to an abrupt, quiet end. In a way I wanted it to symbolize the retelling of the Great War between Monsters and Humans: There was a peace between the two races, that was teetering on the brink of an all-out war - with tensions rising. Then a war did ensue - with the Monsters massacred. And towards the end, I envisioned Asgore looking around at a wasted battlefield - with his fallen kin, and battered survivors. Soon to be cast into the abyss of Mount Ebott. And so... the tale is retold once again to Eanaro...
I spaced out the dramatic parts, because as I said before, continuously looped songs playing over dialogue - with especially energetic build-ups, can tend to tire out the listener (there are exceptions). But given the slow pacing, and intervals of low-energy. I'm sure the listener won't be too overwhelmed when listening on repeat (if this were implemented in a game like dialogue music though, I'd only have the first loop be the only loop that... well, loops. The second loop is quite much and would only be relegated to a separate area for listening - like sound tests, or OST videos-- wait...)
I'm happy I made something genuinely dramatic for once. This one's feels like something that'd play when a character recalls a very deep and grand history of their people, and how it didn't end well. And while I did write an orchestral piece for Gaster, that one focused more on his character and power - rather than the tales of his people at large.
Other than that, I can definitely see an improvement in my mixing, instrumental allocation, tuning etc. It feels like there's more impact with the drums, without having too much range between the louder and softer instruments. And there's a space for almost every important instrument to shine at a given time. I still gotta work on some areas, but this is a great step forward.
Hope you enjoy this piece! And stay tuned for a particular piano composition!"[Undertale DDD S2 OST] Destinies in Limbo ~ OmenTheking352022-12-04 | One of the songs featured in my latest Undertale DDD episode: Dawn Ever-Blue. And yes, this will be a staple song that plays throughout certain important moments within Undertale DDD Season 2.
Hope you enjoy this little 'dialogue music' that I've created. And stay tuned for the other songs that I made for Dawn Ever-Blue - later down the track. Speaking of which, hope you enjoyed that episode! It was experimental and unorthodox to what I usually do, but from what I've seen - stepping outta your boundaries really pays off! Just not too far. I hear a certain parasol-wielding youkai is lurking in those far-off frontiers. And before you know it, you'll be dancing to her tune...

“More dialogue music for Season 2! This one will play during the more sombre moments, and maybe even some moments of anticipation – but not necessarily trepidation.
This piece is slightly special to me in that it spawned in a time during the creational process of this episode, where… I wasn’t in the best mindset. To sugar-coat it a little: sometime during this year, my determination levels with my own life were at an all-time low. It does happen to me a lot, doesn’t it? Happens to everyone; life’s a rollercoaster – much to my PastKing35’s naive self. But I was waiting forever for that ride to finally reach an exhilarating inclination. But hey, let this be known: there will be brighter times ahead. After all, I’ve come out of that whole mess with a DDD episode I can be proud of, a job, and a sturdy resolve on how I would tackle Undertale DDD – so as to not burnout, as I was at risk of doing so before. Sure, it’ll take even longer, but that’s literally life. So long as you don’t stop crawling, you’re going forwards. And besides, knowing there will be at least one person awaiting the next episode… How could I disappoint them?
But man, I would never wish to ever go back to months prior ever again. What a deep pit of despair that was. And so, this song’s creation was inspired by all that commotion. Hence the name: Destinies in Limbo. Cause that’s what the state of Undertale DDD and my own life was like during those months… Limbo. Trudging through the proverbial endless void… Like a certain scientist. Which is also why I based the main motif on Him. The other inspiration? You are not going to believe this: There’s a song in Fate/CCC, and I used it as the foundation for… most of the song. The tempo, the beat, even the instruments. I listened to it one time, and I was like: ‘This has everything. This sense of trepidation, yet tranquillity. The fact that it comes from yet another beloved franchise. Now it just needs a little DDD-ness to it.’ Man, Undertale DDD is just my excuse to fanboy my favourite games.
Anyways, this song is repetitive in nature, because I needed something that could loop in the background whilst the player reads dialogue – without it drawing too much attention to itself. Trust me, if a song has too much going on, it gets tiring fast. Now, everything’s nice, mellow, and blends into itself well for hours of audible fun! Aw, but it’s lost some of that ‘feeling of trepidation’ that the original [Omen] song had. I tried different keys as well to make it sound sadder, but I suppose Gaster’s themes and motifs make things… uplifting? How on earth did I achieve that? A calm Gaster theme?! I truly broke space-time. But I like it. It’s still chill & meditative, but its more ‘anticipation’ than a ‘premonition’ now, which is fine in the cruise-y Pacifist route.
Oh? What of the video that accompanies this song? Naturally, these three are going to be key in Season 2. And as Radically different as they are from each other, they are bound by a singular destiny. One that is currently in Limbo. And so they wait… And oh, they’ve been waiting for a very long time…
Anyways, hope you enjoy this piece! Here’s to more Undertale DDD!”Dawn Ever-Blue - Undertale DDD S2 EP #0 [Undertale DDD x Glitchtale]Theking352022-11-20 | So this is awkward... I just show up out of nowhere with a psuedo-beginning to Undertale DDD's Season 2. And with it being a Glitchtale crossover as well. This is probably the last time Glitchtale will show up in this series as well so... Consider it a treat!
So, once upon a time, someone made repeated comments for me to make an Alina Grey Rutrow boss fight. And at first I laughed, before carrying on my business. It seemed like such an outlandish request. But the more I pondered about the fallen humans, and especially the fates of Glitchtale's fallen children, I was struck with a vision of an episode. I'd say this video encapsulates about 95% of what went through in my head. Plus, I wanted to give Alina a little more - albeit unofficial, screen-time as I interpreted what little canon snippets existed of her and Asgore's interactions with each other, in an Undertale DDD format. It started off as a back-burner project - which eventually snowballed into... Well, this episode. (Plus-Plus, I'm all for any opportunity to give my favourite character Asgore some of dat SCREEN-TIME he deserves.)
This would also be the perfect chance to introduce some key elements, themes, and devices that would be at play in Undertale DDD Season 2. And once I knew how to incorporate and meld everything together... It was glorious.
This episode... believe it or not, took SO MUCH effort. On par with my Genocide Asgore video. YES. Mainly because I'm experimenting with CG cut-scenes that aren't just a bunch of sprites moving. They will be a modest factor in Season 2, but I made more of an emphasis here - given that Glitchtale is an anime. Also, because of the music that I made - specifically for this episode, and Season 2 in advance. My poor back man...
And lastly... Well, I was going through a lot of things this year, and juggling a lot of plates. I've hidden it up until the release of this episode cause I didn't need to create more worry and commotion. But I understand that some people were concerned and worried about my whereabouts. And to that, I apologize for not updating you guys, like, at all. Just know, that it's all private stuff that I needed time and a looong break to deal with - and I'll leave it at that.
But I'm fine now! And I couldn't have been happier finally getting this video out there! Just know that Undertale DDD is still continuing! It's just that now I have a new job to juggle with so, if I ain't posting for months... That's why.
A hypothetical fight against Glitchtale's Integrity fallen human: Alina. You play as Asgore and pilot a series of attacks to corner and deplete the human of their HP.
Then... you will be one step closer to freedom.
“I know you're probably not hanging around my channel anymore, 'person that asked for an Alina Grey Rutrow boss fight multiple times,' but hey, if you do see this, well... hope you enjoy the episode!
As for inspirations, I suppose it was mostly original attacks that was inspired by real-life ballet moves. I just added a magic spin to them... Despite the fact that Alina probably possessed no magical abilities. Look, it's Undertale DDD. But lore-wise... I guess I can explain it as 'she's attacking Asgore like Chara/ Frisk would, but I'm just visualizing the dodging process. Plus, Alina's probably exerting the power of her SOUL through her attacks - thus giving her attacks magical properties...' Don't ask.
Since I already made attacks for the DDD!Integrity soul, I gathered inspiration from those. But wait - wouldn't that mean that Alina's attacks are indirectly inspired by Nitori's attacks? I... shall not pursue that thought-train any further. Lest I change her attacks to be really hard.
Speaking of which, this would be my first time trying my hand at... Easy attacks... Ugh, I think I was about to hurl there. But yea, it's the 'first' episode on the pacifist route so... Easy-Modo away. Plus, Alina's just a child! With no combat experience or magical augmentations! (I'm already stretching it with the magic thing.) NOW, if Camila told me to throw Alina into the DDD Universe's little distortion shenanigans... Then we'd have a different story... And boss fight.”Ruler, Fleeting Fantasy [Undertale DDD OST Original]Theking352021-11-26 | Would you look at that! Something that isn't a remix, but is an original piece of mine! My first ever, original composition ladies and gentlemen! And it's a Concept Song for an original character that shall appear in Undertale DDD Season 2! (Yea, that's still a thing.)
This took about the same amount of time a major-scoped Undertale DDD episode would take. Mainly because of my increasingly busy schedule, and the fact that this was the first time I've ever composed something from scratch - and in a Drum 'n Bass format! Naturally, it'd take me longer to make in comparison to a remix. Plus, I was recently infected with the 'you-know-what,' so I was decommissioned for a substantial amount of time. Still recovering, but I'm fine now!
Anyways, hope you enjoy this new composition of mine! Hopefully I didn't accidentally just remix some other existing song - Idk, Megalovania 4.9 of Earth 3.0. Then again, nothing is completely original. -Theking35
[Ruler, Fleeting Fantasy] Based on these original compositions: N/A
"I must admit, I was very nervous beginning this project to compose a 'Concept Song' for one of my original characters who's gonna debut in Season 2. I care very much for them, and everyone who wants to take interest. The pressure was on - then, and the pressure is on - now, upon the brink of release. Even more pressurizing was the fact that I'm yet again delving into another alien genre: Drum and Bass. Listening to, and appreciating DnB is one thing. Translating mental concepts into reality whilst adhering to key DnB conventions and advice is another. As such, extra time was required to learn the basics, and go with the flow. Despite multiple attempts to self-sabotage with thoughts of doubt or ineptness, I managed to pull through! And I'm reasonably happy with what I've come up with!
Ms. Mizuki is what Gaster refers this character to, in the latest Undertale DDD episode. I mean, she does have a first name that will be mentioned normally, but since her character hasn't been formally introduced... Well, I'm still gonna refer to her as Ms. Mizuki... Even if it feels weird. This song was supposed to encompass her character - generally speaking. But the funny thing is that this song is very techno-y, for someone who's only 'OK' with today's technology; borderline archaic. I blame it on Es' theme from Blazblue. I heard her theme and was like 'Dang... Something like this could really suit Ms. Mizuki. But how do I go about making something like this?' And thus I had to learn the arts of DnB. Loud, punchy drums in a fast, dynamic rhythm & pace, with an emphasis on, well, the 'BASS'. The thing is, I wanted more emphasis on her melody during the verses and chorus. So, I sacrificed a bit of power on the bass to make room for everything else. It was here that I also realised what all my musical projects - thus far, have been missing: Punchy drums. Too often, I've dialed back the percussion because I thought they would be too much for the leads and bass. But here? I was encourage to blast these things as much as I could! (Reasonably, of course). I still reckon the drums could be tweaked even more to give that 'Little Mac Ultimate Smash,' but as a DnB beginner, I'm happy with the result. There was actually a time I wanted to add some Dubstep wobble bass into here, but it became too overpowering and conflicting with the drums. Maybe next time Wub-Wubs...
As for the mood of this piece, I wanted it to be all happy, joyful, fun & leisurely. As such, this hardly qualifies as a Boss theme. Especially if it's for someone who - if you couldn't tell, probably doesn't like fighting. They're all about that MERCY! As such, there is hardly an ounce of opposing aggression or darkness in this theme. Oh no - that might be saved for another particular main character in this triad of enigmatic individuals... Given how bouncy and happy it all sounds however, I ran the risk of making it... cliche? Or generic? I certainly wanted to avoid making it Stock Music quality, but I can't help but wonder if there could be some tension to be had. Hopefully I did enough at the Bridge segment to make it more interesting. After all, I can hardly say Ms. Mizuki is all sunshine and rainbows...
Overall, this was a loooong composition. I think I need to cut back on the length of my chorus and verses. But it's understandable. I threw everything I had on this first compositional debut. And safe to say, I think I did pretty well. Now, as for my next project... Well... It's another big one. But that's about all I can say about it. It's another surprise I'm sure will (hopefully) knock the socks off your feet! But until then, hope you enjoy this new composition of mine! Here's to Season 2! ... ... Oh, the name? Explaining it in full detail would be somewhat 'hard' and 'inconvenient'... Buuuut I guess one aspect of it is a reference to something... Heheheh."[Undertale DDD OST] The Once Peaceful Days (Touhou Remix)Theking352021-09-01 | I decided to step down in terms of ambitious musical projects, and did a much simpler remix! This particular piece can be heard during the credits of Season 1.5.
For some reason, I seem to be remixing a lot of ZUN's old PC-98 songs. Probably because they're REALLY underrated. And they make for fine retro pieces that I can fit in Undertale. UNDERrated! Badum tss.
Hope you enjoy this short, simple and sweet musical project and... hopefully my next one will showcase a completely original composition! ...If I don't get the sudden inspiration to remix another song.
Based on these original compositions: Peaceful ~ Good Ending - ZUN Days ~ Bad Ending - ZUN
"Yea, I'm back to dual remixes once again. But this time the combination process was less awkward, because not only am I remixing two songs from the same game: Lotus Land Story, but they both happen to be two sides of the same coin! [Peaceful] is a Good Ending theme, and [Days] is a Bad Ending theme. And they really do sound well together... After a few key alterations here and there.
This project is probably my first somber kind of song. It isn't upbeat and happy, nor aggressive and action-oriented. The melody itself I found quite sad, and I simply masked it with an upbeat drum pattern to keep the flow moving. But even that slowly fades away. Story-wise, this plays during a Season 2 episode. Season 2 is a prequel to the Season 1 Genocide Route you know today. So knowing where Season 2 could lead to, it leaves a bittersweet premonition. And I thought this song would signify that pretty well. Looking back to what once was, and comparing it to now... Nothing will beat those Once Peaceful Days... Except perhaps a better ending.
This song was also therapeutic in a way. I can't help but continue to feel sad about how the Undertale community is slowly fading away. If DELTA was supposed to be a reminisce to the good old Undertale days, then this song is a lament. Not to mention that I've been feeling down, in general. As such I sat myself down, considered a good musical piece to use for my latest episode's credits, and just thrived on the somber aspects of the song, whilst keeping it rhythmic, so as to not overload the piece with emotion... Nah, that'll have a place much later. In any case, this is a song lamenting the *ahem* Once Peaceful Days. But now it's just... quiet. You'd think Quiet and Peaceful are synonymous... But no. I could only wish.
The instrumentation was quite interesting this time around. I was more forceful in combining synthetic and realistic instruments this time around. I use synths for the bass and droning background textures, and instruments - such as the flute, piano, strings & guitar, for the main melody. The realistic instruments - especially the flute and violins, forward this song's intimate emotions, whilst the synths forward this low-ended sense of darkness and somberness.
Overall, I think I'm getting better at this music making ting. Maybe one day I'll have the confidence to write something original... If I resist the urge to cringe at my attempts. I did try at some time ago... And let's just say I'll be sticking to remixes. But hey, I do see improvement. And as such, nothing will be impossible for me. As for my journey in the Undertale DDD scene. I think this song also serves as my acceptance to the role I've found myself in: The Undertale DDD Man. For I shall see this project to its end, even if it takes me decades (I seriously hope not, but being an adult is hard). After all, I have a rough idea of the ENTIRE story... And boy, you have not seen ANYTHING yet. Genocide Asgore was the grand epic of Undertale DDD yea? I shall be laughing in a few years time. A good kind, don't worry. One that can finally vanquish the despair in my heart.

Well guys! Hope I surprised you with this one! Because not only is it a fresh Undertale DDD episode of sorts, it's one that can be played! (Well, a portion of it anyways.) So to y'all who wanted me to finally make Undertale DDD a game, I guess... here it is? Though, just to clarify I will not be remaking Season 1 into a game.
In fact, this project can be considered a Survey Program of sorts - just testing out Gaster's game mechanics before deploying him in some areas of Season 2 (which also means Season 2 will have some playable areas!)
Considering this is my first script, you may experience some bugs or unsavoury quirks. Feel free to inform me in the comments section, and I can get around to fixing it... Hopefully. Feel free to also give me some feedback for my first ever script!
Anyways... time to resume... a few miscellaneous videos. -Theking35
Without spoiling too much, this fight takes place somewhere in Season 2, and essentially deserved its own episode - and introduction to some gaming experiences that Season 2 may provide!
Eanaro teeters in this odd spectrum between fighting with style and fighting with winning intent. As such, his attack patterns are a lot more direct - quite literally, you'll find him charging at you a few times, but they also have their own quirks to them. Like a weird amalgamation of Undertale's and Touhou's styles of attacks. Eanaro will also make the player run around a lot - especially during his Spell Attacks. Making use of the entire battlefield, as well as Gaster's entire repertoire of magic is your key to victory. That and trial and error... Or Easy Modo.
Author's Notes [Non-Spell 1] "A standard opener. My first implementation of danmaku rings!"
[Fire Ascension - Rising Pyruption] "I invented Eanaro's moves with the mindset that they were like special moves you'd see in a fighting game. Here, Eanaro is uppercutting the player (or the air), leading to a magnificent explosion. Better navigate through the rising fire in time, or you too will go up in flames."
[Non-Spell 2] "Why is it that - in my videos, the third attack always has this sudden jump in difficulty? And what not a better way to demonstrate that gag, by throwing curvy lasers!"
[Blizzard Dive - Cryocrystalline Showers] "An attack that must be streamed during the early parts, and cleverly misdirected during his little dive. Nothing like taking a hailstorm shower, first thing in the wintry morning!"
[Non-Spell 3] "Got carried away with ellipses. Surprisingly catches myself off guard very often."
[Lightning Strike - Erratic Energestics] "No, that isn't a typo. I just combined the words Energy and Gestics, into its own TING. Consider this a budget Princess Tenko. In that Eanaro looks less elegant, and more like a rugby player that charges back-first. An attack that demands the player's constant attention at all times."
[Non-Spell 4] "Spiraling madness! Another one that requires constant attention and quick reflexes to avoid being blindsided."
[Phantom Drive - Illusory Ride] "Let Eanaro show you the world... Shining, shimmering... very tense! He is invulnerable and he attacks by merely moving through the air, as the air around him forms into razor sharp winds! Oh and he Atomic Slashes the air as well, for good measure. Pray for the best."
[Cosmic Flare -Level 0-] "Believe it or not, Level 1 requires a lot of energy. And it also can't be utilized in fights like this. So, in his hubris, Eanaro launches a fake 'Level 0' version at Gaster. Pretty straight forward if you got things memorized... Till the end anyways. Timing is key!"Doki Doki Literature Club PLUS! I bring with you a compilation of the last 3(?) side stories! I really enjoyed going through these extra stories (and having my feelings run over by a train). Hope there's more in store down the DDLC line. But for now, I'm taking a break to work on a peculiar Undertale DDD project! Woooo~
Until then, hope you enjoyed my coverage of the side stories, and see ya later!

Here's my Patreon Page :D patreon.com/user?u=32972914Gasters Theme - DELTA ~ Otherworldly Magical Crusade [Undertale DDD OST]Theking352021-06-25 | //Remember when I said that Erich from Seihou inspired Gaster's attacks? Hahaha... I know I keep saying my newest musical projects are my most ambitious... And I'm about to do it again. Yes, this one's more ambitious than the Bete Noire x Kingdom hearts crossover! Mainly because I did some serious upgrading to my musical tools. I've finally invested in proper samples and they sound fantastic... Or they would if I knew how to utilize their greatest capabilities (which I hope to do, in the future). For now though, I'm very happy with this orchestral hybrid of a theme I'm giving to Gaster. And hopefully... you can stay tuned to two more themes I have planned in the future (though, something else is on my agenda... something a little more 'playable'...)
Based on these original compositions: Magical Girl's Crusade - ZUN Gaster's Theme - Toby Fox Darkness Falls ~ Game Over - Toby Fox
"Hah. After claiming my proficiency with creating musical projects based on one composition, I decided to do another crossover! This time with three themes! This will serve to be Gaster's theme in the DDD Universe. And this time around, I wanted to go for a more epic, grandiose feel to his theme - using orchestral instruments. Yet, mixing in synthetic, electronic instruments as well. So you have this hybrid that ranges from poignant to upbeat, slow but fast, happy yet subtly unnerving. This shifting between dichotomies perfectly describes what kind of character I'd see Gaster: this wanderer of the grey, aimless realms. It also compliments the nature of this crossover; jumping from one motif to another. Speaking of which, it challenged me to work with different time signatures, which was pretty hard to make it sound right and flow well. But I guess I got there in the end... Even if I did shamble my way to some places. Hey, I'm learning!
The beginning of the theme starts off on an epic note; the unraveling of a royal scientist embarking on a *ahem* crusade of scientific revelations that shall change the course of time and space! But such reckless abandon towards ambitious and perhaps even taboo avenues of research eventually leads to his sudden downfall. And thus, opens the next segment of his theme: a callback to Gaster's proper theme, as he falls down this seemingly endless void. Once the journey ends, he becomes a completely different man - playing motifs of ZUN's Magical Girl's Crusade for the verses and Darkness Falls for the chorus. Two themes completely alien to Gaster himself and the Undertale universe, yet complimenting his newly distorted identity: A strange, formerly renowned royal scientist who has fallen from grace... But is determined to rise up once again. This leads to the ending segment, which is a lot more poignant in comparison to the rest of the song. An acceptance of his seemingly doomed reality, but trying whatever he can - wherever he can, to rise from the ashes...
As for the song itself, it opened up to a lot of experimental possibilities that I tried to capitalize on. The changes in tempo, the use of realistic and synthetic instruments, the changes in time signatures. It was a mess, but it's a glorious mess. And at the end of the day, isn't that how we see Gaster? Quite fitting if you ask me. I made heavy use of the organs and proper vocal samples, to further emphasize the epic, archaic themes I desired this song to have. The piano, strings and electric guitar serve to be complimentary to the organ melodies (and may I emphasize that I've acquired proper electric guitar samples!? Hah! Bye-bye synth guitars!), and are a nod to two future musical projects I have not yet made! Oooh~ Foreshadowing... As for the name, well let's just say 'DELTA' is a word that's gonna be most prominent in the upcoming future... But which future do I refer to? Undertale DDD's? Or Deltarune's? Hmmmm~ And the whole 'Otherworldly Magical Crusade' was a node to ZUN's 'Magical Girl's Crusade' (after all, this is a remix of that song in a way). But the name 'Magical Girl' seemed a little... odd to give Gaster. So I just used his Last Word's name.
Overall, my descriptions can't even convey or fathom how much work and thought I put into this single musical project of 6 minutes and 66 seconds... (Huh, weird). And at the end of the day, it's probably too niche to hit off with the Undertale community - which is ever-so slowly dying. In a way, this theme is like a commemoration of the good old Undertale days, how it's dwindling into the nothingness... and how it's gonna rise from the ashes one day dammit! I'm sticking to this community like glue till my work is done! However long that's gonna be!
Until then, enjoy this one musical project of many to come!"Undertale DDD 1.25 ~ Bete Noire Fight (OFFICIAL EDITION)Theking352021-04-01 | //Seems like I'm gonna be taking the Kingdom Hearts route to Season 2.
Where is Season 2 TK? Worry not, the writing process is actually FINISHED! But Imma be planting some seeds here and there that'll give Season 2 the formidable foundation it deserves. Exhibit A: My trial run of the new battle mechanics and GUI for Season 2! As well as Battle Mode! Though, Season 2 won't primarily run on Battle Mode. But future episodes will... Just sayin...
And who to throw into the testing chamber than Bete Noire and Frisk! As for some context: I did make an animation of a Bete Noire fight, but it never was 'finished'. But here, it's been 'fully' realized in my vision! Hence: "Official Edition". Consider this a stepping stone to further my animating and game design capabilities. As I'd always say, not a single DDD Episode is wasted! Yes... even ones posted on the 1st of April... Especially those ones - I can get away with sneaking a few things here and there, and people will take it as a joke... Heheh.
Here's my Patreon Page :D patreon.com/user?u=32972914 ------------------------------------------------------ Undertale DDD Info (Spoilers) ----------------------------------------------- Bete Noire ~ Episode 4 Difficulty: **
A recreation of Season 2, Episode 4's fight between Betty and Frisk. But amidst a new world, filled with endless possibilities... anything can happen...
“Ever since the episode Do or Die, I’ve wanted to do some sort of Undertale DDD-styled battle with Bete Noire. 4 years later, and here I am…
Inspirations? Design-wise, I tried going for a Hazama/ Terumi thing. Hazama - with the whole ring-aura that now surrounds Betty, and Terumi - with her eyes constantly shrouded in a shadow, making her look more sinister... and snake-like. They're all like SNAKES.
Attack-wise, aside from Bete Noire herself, There’s Marluxia from Kingdom Hearts and Elly from the old Touhou games. They’re all scythe-wielders. Marluxia especially, with his association with pink. As such, you'll notice some Chain of Memories references with Betty's attacks. …Oh, can’t forget a bit of Chaos, Chaos! - if you catch my drift…
As for my last attack-inspiration… It’s of someone I have yet to introduce. A very old character of mine, who’s also pretty unnerving to fight and 'just a tad' psychotic. How fitting! Though, they’re less of a Pink-person and more of… a Scarlet-person…”[Undertale DDD OST] Selection ~ Battle Mode (Touhou Remix)Theking352021-03-18 | //Here I come with the one-two musical projects! And now we have a remix of a very obscure Touhou song. Literally called 'Selection' (cause it belongs to a Character Selection screen), and not really remixed enough... So I moved like Thanos and did the remix myself. Cause I needed a Character Selection theme for my upcoming videos... Heh.
Hopefully this will suffice, and hope you like this short but sweet remix! -Theking35
Based on these original compositions: Selection - ZUN
"What a breather this project was. No migraines from trying to remix two songs at once, no dealing with complex musical structures or the need to over complicate a song, and certainly no delving into genres I'm not well equipped for! Jazz and Rock be damned under my fingertips! Just a simple synth remix for a simple concept: A Character Selection theme that plays when the player enters the newly established 'Battle Mode' in Undertale DDD. Here, they can choose to freely face any character... with any character. Like a fighting game, but in bullet-hell/ RPG form.
So, as the player makes a tough decision on who they want to face, and who they want to control... this somewhat intense remix plays, like they're going to make a very pivotal decision... In reality though, the song builds up, due to my habits of making songs build up during the endings. The original composition sorta loops and leaves it at that. It wasn't meant to have a climax, or bridge or whatever.
I think I'm slowly falling into a synthwave style... Or electro-- I still don't know what definitive style my synth remixes are falling into... But yes, anything PC-98 related, I use Synthwave instruments and PC-98 percussion. Which is what culminates this remix. Maybe one day, I'll attempt a faithful homage to 80s Synthwave, in the form of another remix... Who knows?
Overall, pleased yet again with this outcome. And hopefully I've improved in my mixing skills. Certainly not as muddy as my previous works before, but there's always room for improvement. This is Theking35, resigning for now."[Glitchtale x KH Remix] Lord of the Castle ~ Bete Noire (GLITCHTALE 5TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL)Theking352021-02-28 | //Alrighty. This needs a little bit of context. On December, there was a Glitchtale Showcase, wherein I made a tune for said Showcase. However, I only sent the 'Alpha Version' of the remix - and thus here I am, 2 months later, with the 'Completed Version.' And just in time as well! For it is Glitchtale's 5th anniversary!
I have a weird relationship with this particular remix. On one end, this is currently my most ambitious musical project to date (7 minutes?!) And to combine both Glitchtale and Kingdom Hearts? What kind of insanity plagued me 2 months ago?! On the other end, this was... really tough. And the end result was something I ended up saying: "Well, it ain't my best - but it sure was ambitious." ARGH! It all sounded better in my head! If only someone could invent a machine to read brainwaves or whatever, and translate them into a song!
I digress. Hopefully you enjoy this monstrosity of a musical project, and it goes without saying... Happy Birthday Glitchtale! (Oh and thanks for using the Alpha ver. of this song for the Showcase :P)
Based on these original compositions: Lord of the Castle - Yoko Shimomura Bete Noire - NyxTheShield
"GOOD. LORD. There I was, complaining about how it was hard to combine 'It's Raining Somewhere Else' and 'Sakura Sakura ~ Japanize Dream' because it sometimes sounded like 2 kids arguing over each other. BOY. These two compositions I tried combining basically hated being next to each other! They were just so VASTLY different.
Lord of the Castle was slower, more orchestral and had an 'epic' mood to it - fittingly so, because you're fighting the final boss in a grand, heroic battle to the death. Bete Noire was much faster, electronic and had an 'uneasy' mood to it - reflecting Betty's nature to prey on your fears and uneasiness as you fight her, to what seems like no foreseeable good outcome. So naturally, you try combining both moods and you've got a song that essentially doesn't know what to do with itself or how it wants to feel. Is it unnerving? Or is it heroic? Do you feel like you're gonna lose? Or do you feel ready to save the day? This song basically teeters on the edge between both worlds... and therein lies my ultimate solution:
It was gonna be a futile effort in combining both songs the same way I did with 'It's Raining Somewhere Else ~ Japanize Dream'... Occasionally, I found opportunities to mix the two simultaneously, but in the end... they needed to stay worlds apart. Ultimately, the only way I was gonna make this work, was to tell a story... The rise and fall of Bete Noire.
You can (hopefully) hear the progression within the song: beginning with a sense of uneasiness, as Frisk first fights Betty and is quickly defeated by the power of FEAR. Then the music picks up, as Betty fuses with Akumu and becomes stronger and more rampant - defeating Mettaton, Asgore and Toriel. The music then becomes desperate in Betty's clash with Sans, slowly dying down as Betty herself perishes by Gaster's hand. Then it ominously kicks up again when HATE reveals itself... Finally, it takes a heroic, hopeful turn in the end, when Chara stands up to HATE in what seems like the final showdown - in the finale episode "Hope".
With that in mind, I was able to create a remix I was reasonably happy with in terms of how it sounded and its progression. There was just one little problem left... I knew NOTHING when it comes to writing Rock/ Metal pieces, nor did I have the equipment or means to make it sound authentic or 'excellent'. I am packed with nothing but synths, and synths is what I used to simulate the 'Electric Guitars'. Inevitably, it made the guitars sound... cheap. But that's the price one pays for not paying at all (for a real guitar). But with some tweaking here and there, I made it sound at least serviceable in what it was trying to sound like. As for my knowledge with the genre I was trying to tap into, it was a learning process that took time... It's also kind of evident in the song itself, sounding more interesting towards the end, because it was around that time that I started to know what I was doing... (sort of). I was debating on whether to fix up the earlier parts to also sound more exciting, but I felt that it would've taken away from the song's overall progression if EVERYTHING sounded 'exciting'. So I left the earlier bits as they were.
So overall? I know I've been a bit self-critical... But I guess that's just how I am. I take my 'Animating-Perfectionism' into my music, which is obviously not as good as my animations... and sure enough, my absurdly high expectations aren't met. But that aside, I'm very happy with how this turned out. I pulled off a Kingdom Hearts remix for crying out loud! And Camila used it! (to an extent). Hope you enjoy! So, what's the backstory behind this random creation? Well, one night - inspiration hit me like a freakin' lightning bolt. The next day, I did this video. There. This took only 8 hours to do, which is surprising considering that I had to rotoscope Gaster's little strut. Gawd I love that strut.
As soon as I saw Glitchtale Gaster's little walk of terror towards Betty, I instantly fell in love with that walk cycle-- that is a BEAUTIFUL walking animation. And thus, I decide to meme it a little bit... Which spiralled into me parodying the whole fight in a nutshell.

I'm pretty happy with this one. In a way I see it as evidence that I'm slowly getting better at this whole music-making gig (I hope). My Fl Studio project is less of a mess (it's still kinda messy), and I had the mindset to add in some ambient sounds this time. I did think of ways of extending this remix, but I decided that at 4 minutes, without another full loop, it'd be enough.
Hope you enjoy yet another musical project of Theking35! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DDD Notes [Crescent Dream ~ Eternal Dream]
Based on these original compositions: Crescent Dream - ZUN Eternal Dream ~ Mystical Maple - ZUN
"I wanted to make a song signifying the end of an era. With Season 1 coming to a full close and Season 2 on the horizon, I thought it fitting to remix a Staff Roll theme that I found quite enjoyable and... way underrated. That being Crescent Dream.
Crescent Dream always had a soft spot in my heart. Just the somber, nostalgic way it sounded that'd make for a good audible lullaby. Plus, such a gem was both unused and underrated... What a shame! Then again, ZUN had quite a lot of unused, hidden gems that only the most dedicated Touhou fans can find and appreciate.
I decided to also throw in a bit of Eternal Dream ~ Mystic Maple into the mix, because just from hearing the two back-to-back, I figured that they could potentially go well together. And they did! Not only that, but Eternal Dream came from Imperishable Night. You know what else came from IN? The debut of Last Words in Touhou. Thus, it's natural that I include Eternal Dream into this song. If you also pay close attention, I used PC-98 instruments for the main melody in Eternal Dream. A bit of a switcheroo, y'know?
Space was the main theme for this remix. The feeling of viewing the wonders of the universe; the endless glittering stars in the sky among the gleaming nebula, from under the clearest night sky, or as you're drifting slowly across space - weightless and free. As such this song uses a lot of reverb, sci-fi ambient noises, and is generally echo-y. My first few iterations had a bit of a volume and balancing problem, due to the use of a lot of instruments that had lots of reverb. I'm still learning to let go of the mentality that: Lot's of Instruments + High Volume = Excellence. It may sound powerful, but so does a nuclear explosion. But overall, I'm happy with this resonant, space ambience that I got in the final iteration.
Overall, I'm happy. It was both a learning experience and another avenue to push out yet another musical project; my third one!

Here's my Patreon page! patreon.com/user?u=32972914Undertale DDD - LAST WORDTheking352020-07-09 | //Wanted to see a visual representation of a DDD Genocide player paying for their sins?
This will be the first time I introduce the 'Last Word' mechanic in the Undertale DDD world. 'Last Words' are basically special attacks unique to each boss -- Harder and more confounding in nature, with an 'anything goes' mentality. So basically I'm giving Undertale DDD, steroids... This was something I wanted to do for a long time and as a great way to look back on the Undertale DDD fights and even give the old guys new moves!
This is what I can consider one of the funnest projects to make -- alongside that Genocide Sans and Yukari fight. To offset that fact, it's also the most tedious, as it pushed my pathfinding and editing abilities to their limits. Overall, this was just... Ridiculous. The reasoning for its over-the-top (more than usual even) nature was to make it the perfect send-off to Season One and everything that it stood for: Outrageous attacks. Most likely, you won't be able to find attacks of this magnitude in Season 2 -- given that it'll favor story and the Pacifist's intrinsically 'easy' difficulty. So... Here's this video to get that final fix. (Don't worry. Undertale DDD Pacifist will still be interesting. It'll just be less seizure-inducing... Which I consider a good thing, because it'll make Season One all the more distinct and unique!)
With that said, thank you to all my dedicated fans out there who've been following this series! And here's to more Undertale DDD! -Theking35

Thanks Goner Kid, for bringing back nostalgia! No thanks Goner Kid, for making my pathfinding job hell!"

Hope you enjoy the second episode of my OneShot Let's Play :D -TK35[Uwabami Breakers Remix] Theking35 - A Drunkards Lemuria ~ On the House (DDD Project)Theking352020-04-04 | Here is the credits song to my previous April Fools video!
This is basically a remix of Amakasu Barley Tenji's boss theme in Uwabami Breakers - a game literally about getting challenged to bullet-hell duels whilst drunk. I was going for something like jazz, and I feel like I emulated some aspects of it, but knowing me I probably went and just did my own thing. But nonetheless, I'm pretty happy with this take on Tenji's theme. It's a calm, chill piece that juxtaposes the original - which is basically if a drunk person made a boss theme-- oh wait. (Man, only ZUN can compose musical art even while drunk...)
I can't stress about how hard it was for me - initially, to get this song rolling. I... Am NOT well equipped nor knowledgeable in making 'classical' or 'jazz' or anything that's slow and isn't choking on synthesizers. So as far as making my own original pieces? Imma have to stick with electronica. I was simply not used to working with something that required a different language of layering, subtlety and nuance. But eventually, I got the hang of it and shipped this out just before April Fools!
Hope you enjoy yet another musical project of Theking35! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Undertale DDD Notes [A Drunkard's Lemuria ~ On the House]
"To end a rather... interesting and extravagant April Fools video, I led to an open-ended conclusion where Sans and co. all head over to Grillby's and... Well, it's honestly up to the viewer's imagination as to what would've happened there. But I like to think - as unrealistic and monumentally improbable as the concept of Sans, Tager, Waldstein, Potemkin, Asgore and... BETTY getting along is, that there exists a possibility where they all chill out at a bar, and listen to chill 'bar music' as they get to know each other and just enjoy the company. It'd be a nice bonus if Grillby and Tenji were both there serving them drinks. Thus I sat down and thought of just the right song to remix for that one moment of imaginative wonder. I was also reflecting on the nature of Undertale DDD and how I wanted to further its potential in bringing different fandoms together. Which further mirrored that vision I had.
This song in a way reflected my feelings towards that notion. It has a nostalgic feeling to it which reflected my nostalgia of the game franchises which I adore and would definitely love to see a continuation on - perhaps even a cross-over; completely transmogrifying different franchises into a glorious work of media. Then there's that slow tinge of sadness and regret in this song. When joining different fandoms - there's going to be conflict, when imagining wild scenarios like this - you know that it's canonically impossible. At the end of it all, I drown my sorrows and despair with a refreshing beverage. Down the hatch it goes; a swig of imagination and resolve. And before you know it, I'm 'drunk' again; stumbling about to... A Drunkard's Lemuria of new ideas. It's a messy road of imperfections, but that's what makes this series so much fun to create. And I ain't gonna stop till this series is finally over dang it. And I hope you'll join me on this drunkard's journey. 'Drinks' are on the house!
Overall, I hope I captured that feeling and atmosphere of sitting at a bar - perhaps with some local friends, drinking, reminiscing and having a swell old' time - even if it's just for a moment... All while bittersweet 'jazz' music plays :D"Genocide Sans & Yukari Fight [ALTERNATE ENDINGS] - Undertale DDD (S1 EPS 5.51)Theking352020-04-01 | Hey A'ight, this may be posted on April Fools, but this is a VEEERY serious video regarding what the alternate endings would be like for Episode 5.5 (which you can view here :D youtu.be/xPdpMf_E_Dc), which will be canon btw... Undertale DDD Info (SPOILERS) ----------------------------------------------- Ending #2 - Disappointment Criteria: Dying on Sans' First Attack. "Since Sans activates the HP mystification card on his second attack, the Player is actually able to die on the first attack. Doing so will trigger this ending."
Ending #3 - No-death, No Reward Criteria: Reach the end without 'dying' once "A no-hit run is 'technically' impossible because there is an attack that is unavoidable (but if you reach this ending, I'll consider it a no-hit run :D). If you reach the end without dying, you will get extra dialogue consisting of Sans and Yukari being shocked of your achievement. But alas, it does not prevent the inevitable. You will still be judged, and towards the end, Ending 3 will revert back to ending 1."
Secret Ending (Ending #4) - Sans D.D.D Criteria: Randomly occurs at the end of Ending #3 (1/65,536 chances). However, this segment will always follow Ending #3 if it is currently April 1st, or if the system detects any sort of cheating/ hacking software. "Ever wondered what Sans would be like if he was the epitome of 'salty'? In this ending, Sans becomes increasingly aggravated by your lack of understanding in regards to the overall meaning of this fight's outcome: You're supposed to lose, no matter how hard you try (no-death run) or how far you'll go (cheating/ hacking). To humiliate you further (and to show just how salty he is), he takes The Human for a ride across time and space, before dunking your sorry butt."TK35 Plays OneShot! Came back from a rather 'interesting and time-taxing holiday' to present the 'True Finale' to Season 1 (Technically Asgore IS the Finale but I digress...)
After the Asgore and SANS fight videos... I really felt like I've hit the current peak for this series... It seemed like there was nowhere else to go upwards to, especially with a smaller project such as this. So, I brought down the dramatics and epics down a notch to resemble my older projects, whilst carrying my newfound skills from the newer projects. So in essence, this video bundles the old and the new in a humble closing to Season 1!
This video took a surprising amount of time for it supposedly being a 'smaller project'. In essence, a lot of hindrances: Life circumstances, doubts, my old computer starting to break down (I'm getting that sorted), and that feeling you have when you've run a marathon and you're so close to the end, but you feel utterly spent. That's what Season 1 felt like. I wanted SO BADLY to attempt a take on Season 2, but I felt as if this needed to be done first. So, a substantial portion of my passion is already gone considering this was yet another 'must-do' project. Then doubts about this video started to kick in... 'It's been a long time! Will it live up to people expectations? -- Especially after the gigants that were: The Asgore and Sans DDD videos?' That mindset slowed me down immensely cause I felt like this wouldn't live up to my previous successes and 'fail miserably'. Eventually I had come to accept that it (imo) wouldn't 'live up' to the previous 2 DDD videos, because they're simply way too different in terms of scope. This one's smaller-scale and I had to repeatedly remember and consider that as I trudged to the finish line.
Don't worry ladies and gentlemen, I'm not sick of Undertale DDD. Far from it, considering my ambitions for Season 2. I just wanted to start afresh and the only way to do that... was to tackle this one... surprisingly difficult obstacle. (Like, for pete's sake, this felt like Frodo's journey through Mordor...)
Regardless, it's finished! And I hope you like it!
Thanks to an event anomaly within the System, your act of defiance has now been realised; your independent will to rebel and redeem now made manifest through what remains of YOUR determination. Will it be enough however?
Chara’s attacks are all about speed. Tricky gimmicks and patterns are almost entirely sacrificed for raw speed and high damage – suited for killing. On that note, Chara’s attacks incorporate red attacks. Red attacks normally deduct from the Player’s maximum HP, but in Chara’s case, it’ll one-shot the player. The good news is that the Player will respawn after ‘dying’, right where they were. The bad news is that they can only respawn a limited amount of times before finally losing. Better sharpen your reflexes and start praying.
“And thus the Genocide Run finally ends. Not with a bang, but with emptiness and tragic irony. It seems to be a tradition to have 2hu attack references in ma fights. This one being... Yumeko and Kana Anaberal! Though... considering that I had little material to work with in terms of Kana's attacks, I'd have to say the main inspirations were of Yumeko. Gawd, this is becoming an excuse to make Touhoutale and Undertale DDD at the same time... Why Yumeko? (And not SAKUYA?!) First, I feel as if the PC-98 characters need more representation. Second, when I think of Chara fights... I think of 'Speed'. And Yumeko's pretty well known for fast and simple, yet deadly patterns. And what about Kana? Well, I thought the whole deal with Kana being a 'poltergeist produced by a mentally unstable [individual]' ties in pretty substantially with Chara in some -- albeit vague, regards. Plus, ever since listening to Demetori's awesome cover of Vanishing Dream, I've wanted to incorporate that song into a blood-pumping fight sequence. Befittingly here and now. As for other considerations, there's a sequence in this fight that is similar to Omega Flowey's fight. It's a way of making up for the fact that there isn't an Undertale DDD Omega Flowey fight... yet.”[Undertale x Touhou Remix] Theking35 - Its Raining Somewhere Else ~ Japanize DreamTheking352019-08-15 | //What genre even is this song? I just made something that I thought sounded cool... My first musical project EVER!!!
If you may recall, this song is used at the credits of my Undertale DDD Episode 5.5 video. I wanted to try something new and make my own song and some of you had requested it to be released as its own video so... Here it is!
Now... I don't know squat about making music and my musical theory is... basically non-existent so... Don't expect, like, ABSOLUTE quality here.
Feel free to leave behind some thoughts or criticisms down below (keep it constructive plz) And with that, I've got yet another musical idea to execute... sometime in the future.
Anyways, I may be onto something. It may not be much now, but hopefully I can improve over time just like I do with my animations ;)
Based on these original compositions: It's Raining Somewhere Else - Toby Fox Sakura Sakura ~ Japanize Dream - ZUN
"To end such a massive and ambitious project, I wanted to create a song fitting for an Undertale x Touhou crossover. (Not gonna lie... a mashup as a first project was TRICKY...) It was a matter of trial and error on what parts sounded nice together and what sounded like two children arguing over each other. In the end, as much as I would've liked the two choruses to simultaneously play at the same time, they would've collided massively (within my capacity to write music anyways), so I had them transition between the two every now and then in a manner that still made them like hybrids.
As for the song itself, during the hybrid verses, I had utilized two different, main instruments: A high-pitched and soft instrument which mostly played the parts of [Sakura Sakura ~ Japanize Dream] and a low-pitched, gritty chiptune which mostly played the parts of [It's Raining Somewhere Else]. Every now and then I would have them interchange their verses so that the high-pitched instrument then played [It's Raining Somewhere Else] and-- you get the idea. I just thought the difference in instruments would not only cover a substantial range of tones altogether, but would symbolize both Undertale and Touhou combining together in this musical piece.
I've also segmented the atmosphere of the song into two halves. (and the music video can signify this) the first half, I wanted to have this feeling of swiftly flying through the air in a clear breeze, on a clear sunny day. Then it starts to slow down as the sun begins to set; It's a lot more chill and mellow. Then, night time hits, which I had hoped ensued the feeling of a rave party or just partying in general. Not only that, most of [It's Raining Somewhere Else]'s bass resides in the first half, and the [Sakura Sakura ~ Japanize Dream]'s bass resides in the second half. This basically told the story of Undertale DDD 5.5: A world of death brought into the light of new possibilites, Sans prominently attacking the human in the first half, Yukari stepping in within the second half, and the both of them working together in the final act, before closing on a sober note as Sans returns back into limbo, dead but renewed... Oh and I guess it also signifies the theme of boundaries: Boundary of Night and Day, Fast and Slow, Undertale and Touhou -- you get the picture.
Overall, it was stressful, but fulfilling on my part to make a musical piece I can call my own. Hopefully it wasn't too bad as first projects go. This marks the first of hopefully many musical projects to come!"Undertale DDD (Eps 5.49) - Genocide Sands Fight ~ Distortion Event #2.99Theking352019-04-01 | //Here it is! What you all have been waiting for! The definitive genocide sands fight! Don't let the length of the video fool you! This is a REALLY HARD FIGHT. Like, WOAH DUDE... CHILL OUT...
This fight was unlike any other that I have currently made thus far. I've really upgraded the background graphics to make it more... realistic. And of course, our buddy sans is in it! I really pondered about what attacks he was gonna have, what lines of dialogue he was gonna say... Phew!

This enemy is the hardest Undertale DDD's got to offer, to date. Whilst it's VERY lacking in the attacks department, it's attack power is TREMENDOUS... Not to mention, you can't attack, or escape... or do anything but hope to survive (Which you'll never. Not even hacking will save you.)
"I don't like sand. It's coarse rough and irritating and it gets everywhere." ---------------------------------------- Oh and happy April Fools Day everyone![Blazblue CF Story Mode Recreation] How the Ragna vs. Susanoo fight shouldve beenTheking352018-11-30 | I was kinda salty that ArcSystemWorks didn't implement Unlimited Mode into their final Blazblue installment (for now anyways).
So I decided to recreate the final fight with Susanoo, as Ragna - in the Blazblue Centralfiction story mode.
* 5 Wins requirement * Both characters in their boss states * Both characters have access to unlimited exceed active flow and overdrive * HELL DIFFICULTY
I had to make my own version of Unlimited Susanoo.
He has a new colour palette. This version will only lose health after you end a combo against him with: * at least 6,000 damage * and with at least one distortion drive during said combo. He has all his moves unlocked. He also has UNLIMITED BARRIER, BURST AND HEAT. And BS levels of damage, even more so than Unlimited Ragna! ----------------------------------------- This fight was tough. His health gate is one thing... But his damage is monstrous. It's bad enough when he manages to combo you, but if you DARE oki him, he will likely slap you with [Strike of the Possessed God] and utterly destroy you, regardless of your health. This took quite a few tries, before I got a take I was most happy with.
Anyways yea, for you Blazblue people out there, welcome to my channel and hope you enjoy!

“You’ve come this far. The monsters you’ve defeated are nothing compared to the final challenge ahead of you. Stay determined, and don’t give up. You’re almost there. Your destiny awaits.”
(Unknown threat of the highest level. HOPE for the best.) Asgore is a force to be reckoned with. In contrast to Toriel's wavy, semi-complex patterns, Asgore lays down barrages of somewhat simple yet quick and efficient patterns... On his own. However, Asgore has the power of the SOULs on his side, and with them, comes a whole plethora of intricate and deadly patterns. He also has quite a good memory, as he seems to also retain extensive knowledge to the Undertale DDD cast's bullet patterns... And he makes them HARDER. Sure, Asgore can go down in, like, 4-5 hits... But reaching his end point... Is quite the uphill battle to say the least. You MUST be ready for basically ANYTHING you've encountered thus far... and so much more.
"Ah yes... The monster to end the main season (excluding the obvious teaser for a possible extra stage--*ahem* I mean... extra fight...) Somewhere in my long-winded 10K sub-special commentary, I talked about how I had associated Yuyuko from Touhou, with Asgore. As such, I am (still) using a rendition of Yuyuko's theme song for this fight. I also made some associations between Mima and Asgore too, but they were mainly aesthetic associations (like the cape and the long objects they hold). As such, I threw in a few Mima-esque patterns in as well. As for the SOUL phases? If you couldn't realise... This whole series revolves around combining Undertale with Touhou concepts and mechanics (some at least). I decided to have a little fun with the references and SOUL associations... As such... I THREW IN ALL THE SPELL CARDS-- well... Some... That actually make sense. Towards the end, I got very Dragonball Z-esque... Cause ANIME IS REAL. (If only Alphys were around to see what Asgore had become). All in all, this fight was not meant to be FAIR. It was designed with theatrics in mind... So obviously, if you WERE to design a game around these fights, you gotta turn a few things down a bit..."TK35 Plays Doki Doki Literature Club!
