The Great Pietro | Animation Comparison Densle Two 2021-01-30 | Comparing the different stages of the short together for anyone interested in the process.- Storyboard/layout- Animation blocking- Final animation - RenderFinal Video: youtu.be/xmMsQz2u1m8For ease of watching, some of the timings were edited so that they all stayed in sync. As I worked on it, the timing of things gradually changed. The original storyboard version was around 50 seconds whiles the final is just over a minute. Not a crazy time difference, but I wanted this to be short enough to fit into a regular Social Media post which usually is 60 seconds. But I gave up on that in favor of just making it flow nicer. I might also make a commentary video going into details about some of the technical struggles I faced while putting this together. But we'll see. I hope you guys enjoyed the video! It was both a joy and painful to make. Such is animation.
