DOOM VFR Ultra Settings (5x Supersampling) Gameplay /w Benchmark BR34K 2017-12-02 | Specs: 1080Ti ROG Strix (factory OC), 8700k @ 4.9 GHz, 16 GB 3000 MHz RAM.Not a proper benchmark as FCAT VR tools don't work on my system, but at least it shows if the game holds vsync limit or not. I suspect actual performance is well over 150, considering the 1 pct lows are at 80+. I also don't think the supersampling works properly. According to SteamVR 5x supersampling is 3381x3757 per eye. No way the game runs this well at that res. It shouldn be displaying a powerpoint presentation at that resolution. Assassins Creed Origins 4K Ultra High 1080Ti Benchmark BR34K 2017-10-29 | GTX 1080Ti @ 2075 MHz, i7-4770k @ 4,3 GHz (not that CPU matters at 4k). There is a 3-4 pct performance loss due to Shadowplay, so real world result would be about 2 FPS higher. There are some more demanding areas (grasslands especially), but on the other hand you'll get 70+ fps in the desert. This should represent the average. You can easily get to 60+ average by turning off AA, and turning down shadow quality.

I reckon there is a slight CPU bottleneck in play here, as I can do 70ish FPS in 4K, where the bottleneck is removed. Probably upgrading to 8700k when it comes out. also, dat quad tho. It's been years since I've sniped in CoD, and it took waaay more getting used to than i thought it would.

Removing the foliage with the desert mod vastly improves frame rate. I get like 80 FPS in 4k, but at 6K it dips to 30-35 without shadowplay running. The recording heavily stresses the GPU as it's already running at 100 pct. Without the mod you'll need SLI 1080s to approach 20-30 FPS. You'll have to excuse the god awful aim, but the mouse acceleration at that resolution is obscene (due to upscaling), so it's really hard to aim. Video is downscaled to 4K due to the limits of existing recording software. I do suspect the GPU is bottlenecking the system here, as it's using all my VRAM. Dark Souls 3: Killing all NPCs in Firelink + How to rev some in desc 1080p60 BR34K 2016-03-31 | To get Andre to talk to you, or loose aggro from NPC etc: talk to the Velka statue in the Undead Settlement. From the dilaptitated bridge bonfire, cross the bride and go into the door. Close to the big rat there is another door. Open it, and to the right there will be a statue. It will cost 40k souls to cleanse your sin, but it scales upward the further into the game you are, up to several hundred thousand. - Probably wont be more DS3 videos until april 4th. Some pretty cool lore-details here. I wont say anything about that, as it does spoil some things if you interpret some of what the npcs say here. - Still haven't got Andre to reinforce weapons on that save, so word of advice; don't kill him.
